About this property

High quality standard fourniture apartment, perfect for 10 people , in Costa Smeralda style is very large, confortable, fully fournished.
Within four bedrooms, two large bathrooms with shower, kitchen-dining room and living room, very bright and well furnished with taste and elegance,
Is in two levels,
in the ground floor we have one double bedroom, living room, kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with shower.
Downstairs, the other 3 bedrooms including two doubles and one with 4 beds (2 bunk beds) in a marine style, and oak wood , perfect for children and adults, 2nd bathroom, and closet.
Is really complete with all accessories, air conditioner , TV 42', European channels , dvd , free WI FI , dishwasher , washing machine, iron, hair dryer , coffè espresso machine , microwave , safe , patio furniture.

FOR GROUPS of 12 people , I use A SECOND SMALLER apartment that is below the main , on the lower level , with the 5th double room plus one bathroom with shower. So in total 5 rooms 3 bathroom .

The house is located in a quiet, recently built residential area about 800 meters from the sea, surrounded by the beautiful colors of the Mediterranean vegetation,
There is a nice veranda ,courtyard with barbeque corner , and a splendid view towards the sea, as there are no other buildings in front of the house.
It has a large open space in front for parking and it's very easy to access from the main street Via C. Colombo,

Tres bonne adresse pour passer un séjour agreable et sportif.

Très bonne adresse dans un quartier résidentiel de Cala gonone pour passer un séjour agréable et sportif , a 10mn de la plage , des sites d'escalade proches , et la possibilité de faire de belles randonnées, avec en plus une propriétaire très sympathique , toujours au petit soin avec ses locataires.

Très bon séjour en Sardaigne

Location très appréciable, avec plein de petits accessoires présent dans la maison : parasol, seche cheveux, table à repasser, équipement bébé etc ... Excellent accueil de Francesca qui est très sympathique et aux petits soins pour nous. Pour les points négatifs, la maison n'est pas bien isolée entre les 1er et 2e étage pour le bruit, il n'y a pas de WC séparé et vu le dénivelé il est difficile d'aller à la plage à pied.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit sympathischer Vermieterin

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Francescas Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Francesca ist eine überaus sympathische und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Es gibt viele verschiedene Strände zu entdecken und eine reizvolle Landschaft zu erkunden. Ein Ausflug mit dem Boot ist ein Muss. Cala Gonone ist sehr touristisch, was für uns völlig in Ordnung war. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! We (4 adults and 5 children) spent two wonderful weeks in Francesca's apartment. The apartment itself is well equipped and clean. Francesca is a very friendly and helpful hostess. There are many different beaches to discover and a charming landscape to explore. A boat trip is a must. Cala Gonone is very touristy, which was completely okay for us. All in all very recommendable!

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen mit 5 Motorrädern und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Francesca's Haus. Francesca ist ein sehr sympathischer und einladender Gastgeber. Sie gab uns viele Informationen und Tipps über Restaurants, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr neu, sauber und ordentlich, geräumig für 6 und mehr Personen, sehr komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet, mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die umliegende Landschaft. Eine Bootsfahrt entlang der Küste und zu den Höhlen ist ein gutes Erlebnis. Francesca ist der perfekte Gastgeber; sie ist da, um bei Bedarf zu helfen und ist sehr offen und hilfsbereit. Alles war perfekt. Francesca, vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub in Cala Gonone. Francesca, grazie mille. We were a group of 6 people with 5 motorcycles and had a wonderful time in Francesca's house. Francesca is a very friendly and inviting host. She gave us lots of information and tips about restaurants, beaches and sights. The house is very new, clean and tidy, spacious for 6 and more people, very comfortable and very well equipped, with magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. A boat trip along the coast and to the caves is a good experience. Francesca is the perfect host; she is there to help if needed and is very open and helpful. Everything was perfect. Super séjour dans la belle maison de Francesca

Superbe appartement, très bien équipé, rien ne manque, propreté et état irréprochables. Nous avons passé une semaine à Pâques à Cala Gonone. Les premiers sites de grimpe sont accessibles à pieds depuis la maison. Nous sommes allés à Cala Luna en bateau en visitant au passage la Blue Marino Cave, ça vaut le coup. Egalement visite du canyon de Gorropu, spectaculaire. Et le soir, détente bien venue sur la belle terrasse de la maison et sa vue plongeante sur la mer. Francesca a été une hôtesse vraiment très attentionnée, d'une grande efficacité et quelle gentillesse !
