Appartamento Germoglio

The apartment Germoglio is located in the upper part of the Giannella (Saline Albinia) directly in front of the sea and the beach (20 meters). It lies on the second floor of a small residence immersed in a pine forest and offers a splendid view over the sea that ranges from the Argentario promontory to the Giglio Island and up to Corsica on clear days.



The newly renovated apartment is accessed directly from the living room with table and chairs for dining, a small sofa, a sideboard, television and a large French window that opens onto the equipped balcony overlooking the sea. On the left there is a small but the well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In front of the bathroom lies the double bedroom, also with direct access to the balcony.



The residence is situated within a fenced property (with automatic opening gate) and is surrounded by a pine forest. Inside the property there is ample free parking and plenty of space for children to play. In Albinia, which is only 1.5 km away, you will find all useful services for your stay: supermarkets, shops of all kinds, banks, post offices, restaurants, bars...



The location of the apartment is also ideal for reaching the Argentario Headland and Porto Santo Stefano (13 km) from where you can embark for a trip to the Giglio Island, Talamone (15 km), the Saturnia SPA (46 km) and many other places of interest in Maremma and Tuscany.

Stessa spiaggia, stesso mare. Ma soprattutto stessa vista spettacolare. Per il quinto anno consecutivo. L'appartamento (quest'anno al Germoglio) è dotato di tutti i conforti, non manca di nulla. L'accoglienza è come sempre puntuale, attenta e ormai piacevolmente amichevole. Arrivederci all'anno prossimo e grazie.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand was sehr schön ist. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es wirklich nichts man muss überall mit dem Auto hin, das war so das einzige was uns persönlich nicht so gefallen hat. Ein kleiner Tipp man kann das nötigste wie Brötchen/ Brot im Laden bei der Camping anlage kaufen was erst garnicht wussten, sind dann morgens immer mit dem Auto los. Wer einfach nur Sonne Strand und Meer will ist die Anlage perfekt.

Gut ausgestattte Wohnung mit sensationellem Meerblick, schattiger, sicherer Parkplatz, direkter Strandzugang. Zwei Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, Geschäfte in Albinia (2km), jede Menge Ausflüge möglich (Agentario, Giglio, Saturnia, Pitigliano, ..) , mehrere tolle Strände in der Nähe, Rad- und Wandertouren (Maremma, Argentario) möglich, gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

grazie ai suggerimenti dell'host abbiamo visitato spiagge ed entroterra e gustato le specialità tipiche della Toscana! abbiamo trovato un alloggio piccolo ma confortevole ed organizzato la posizione è ottima con vista mare e pur trovandosi nelle vicinanze di bar/ristorante e camping non abbiamo avuto problemi di disturbi o schiamazzi notturni

Die Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Balkon der Wohnung waren phantastisch. Manchmal konnten wir bis nach Elba schauen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir vermissen den Ausblick schon jetzt.
