"BLUE HOUSE" beautiful semi-detached villa with breathtaking views

Located on a hill with wonderful views of the Gulf of Monte Argentario and the village, which looks just like a nativity scene, Casa Azzurra is just at the entrance of Porto Santo Stefano and is just two minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of the "blonde" and " roadhouse ".
Also at 300 meters there is the bus stop for Orbetello. The nearest airport is Fiumicino, which is about 118 km away. It is an excellent starting point to visit the Tuscan inland, the Etruscan Tuscany, Siena, Grosseto, Florence
The whole villa has recently been completely renovated and equipped with air conditioning.
The apartment of "CASA AZZURRA", of about 120 square meters and which is part of the semi-detached villa, enjoys a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, olive and almond trees, and a terrace with a wide sea view. The terrace is equipped with a large table and comfortable chairs, parasol, deck chairs, water fountain and barbecue. The interior is composed of a large double living room with fireplace and two large French windows on the outside, two splendid double bedrooms, large with windows and French windows, two bathrooms and kitchen, as well as a storage room. The apartment is new and conditioned with heat pumps for hot and cold (in addition to heating system). Flat-screen TV, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher and espresso machine and microwave
It is possible to park in the large private parking lot.
Four beds plus one possible. On request there is the availability of cot and high chair for baby.

The tastefully decorated and spacious appartment offers a spectacular view over the Mediterranean. The terrace is a real gem. With 2 bed and 2 bath the appartment offers all comfort, with a charming kitchen and large sitting room. We were received by our host Laura, who kindly told us all we needed to know, including some nice coffee-bars and restaurants. A real gem and a place to return to!

Casa Azzura not only corresponded to the pictures and the description - in realitiy it is more! It is perfectly located with a stunning sea view. The spacious terrace is wonderful (from all rooms you can enter it). The interior is chosen with a lot of love. The garden is well maintained and laid out with love. Bella terrazza panoramica

Casa in posizione panoramica con terrazza molto grande con vista sul mare, abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori grazie anche alla griglia messa a disposizione dalla proprietaria. Proprietaria molto disponibile e solerte nel risolvere i piccoli problemi. La posizione richiede l'uso di auto per andare ovunque. Un po' rumorosa la notte dato che si trova sopra la via principale.

Ottima vista

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a ‘casa azzurra’ , ci siamo trovati molto bene ed abbiano trovato ogni confort, ad accoglierci la proprietaria Laura, disponibile e discreta. La posizione è strategica in quanto vicino a porto santo stefano ma lontano dal caos, immerso nel verde , nel cielo stellato. Si raggiungono a piedi con un chilometro alcune calette lungo la ex ferrovia e poi in macchina tutto il monte . Unico neo è che la notte con le finestre aperte si sente il traffico lungo la strada per porto santo stefano, sebbene la proprietà sia in alto.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön auf einem Hügel gelegen. Die Sicht von der Wohnung und von der Terasse ist einmalig, man hat das Gefühl direkt am Meer zu sein.

Toller Blick, tolles Haus jedoch ein paar kleine Abstriche...

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön eingebettet in einem Hang... und das ist auch schon das Problem. Zum Haus führt ein schmaler Weg, der in der Breite Platz für nur ein Auto hat. Es gibt keine Ausweichmöglichkeit (Mauer und Zaun) falls ein zweites Auto einem entgegenkommt außer rückwärts wieder rauf oder runter. Das ist das zweite Problem, die Straße ist sehr steil, nur im ersten Gang zu bewältigen und das am besten mit Allrad und keinem tiefergelegten Auto.... Wenn man aber erst angekommen ist, ist der weite Blick von der supergroßen Terrasse über die Küste wirklich sehr schön, das Blau des Wassers ist bemerkenswert. Auf der Terrasse ist ein Gasgrill vorhanden, Tisch, Stühle und auch ein Sonnenschirm. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, verfügt über zwei Badezimmer (beide mit Dusche), zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Küche ist einigermaßen gut ausgestattet, mit einem Gasherd, wie dort üblich. Sehr angenehm war die in allen Zimmern vorhandene Klimaanlage, mit der man auch heizen kann (die Nächte waren teilweise schon kühl im September). Die Vermieter sind freundlich und helfen auch aus der Ferne bei z.B. einem Stromausfall...der Handwerker war am nächsten Vormittag da und hat den Fehler gefunden. Was man eigentlich auch erwähnen muss ist, dass unterhalb des Hauses die Hauptstraße nach Porto Santo Stefano verläuft und nicht wirklich wenig befahren ist (LKW und Busverkehr)... sprich, das ist schon ziemlich laut, auch nachts. Die Gegend und die Strände sind ein Traum, viele nette kleine Buchten aber auch ein kilometerlanger Strand in einiger Entfernung, man braucht hier unbedingt ein Auto!!! Zu Fuß kommt man nicht einmal nach Porto Santo Stefano... Alles in einem, es war ein schöner Urlaub, aber wir würden aus den oben genannten Gründen nicht wiederkommen.
