Independent villa, away from everything and everyone. Ideal for those seeking peace. Newly renovated and equipped with every comfort.
The house has a bathroom with shower, it is equipped with everything you need, from the dishes to the kitchen to the drying rack, iron, washing machine etc ..... just you bring your suitcase and Lucia thinks of you.
L 'exterior is equipped with table and chairs for a good read at' shade of the pine trees and the cool summer maestralino that often accompanies the days Argentario.

summer stay with sea view

We had a wonderful time in the well equiped and nicely decorated house. The balcony gives all day long a wonderful view at the islands. Everything was very good.

Location insuperabile, per chi cerca quiete, calma e relax. Lucia è stata una ottima proprietaria. La vista è magnifica con isola del Giglio davanti, Montecristo ed Elba in vista.

Wunderbar, aber nichts für SUV

Das Ferienhaus hat gehalten, was die Fotos versprachen. Von der terassen hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Thyrrenische Meer und die voran liegende Insel Giglio. Ein schwerer Wermtustropfen waren für uns mit einem Volvo XC 60 der enge Weg zum Haus. Es konnte an vielen Abschnitten nur Schritt-Tempo gefahren werden. Mit seiner Breite und Länge gab es für den Wagen auf dem Grundstück keine Wendemöglichkeit. Das Parken war daher dort nicht möglich, nur außerhalb des Grundstücks, aber auch mit problematischer Wendemöglichkeit. Für die Steigungen ist ein Allrandantrieb zwingend. Das sollte man vor der Buchung erfahren.

Soggiorno all'Argentario con vista mozzafiato!

Bella casa curata nell' arredamento, pulita e fresca. La vista e' mozzafiato sul mare blu dell'Argentario, l' isola del Giglio e Montecristo sullo sfondo. Massima tranquillita' e relax.Grande gentilezza e disponibilita' di Lucia, la proprietaria. Siamo stati veramente benissimo e contiamo di tornarci
