Schöner Aufenthalt im Herbst

Wir hatten eine Spontanbuchung für einen Kurzaufenthalt im Herbst. Trotz der kurzen Zeit ging alles problemlos ab und wir hatten sehr gute Unterstützung vom Vermieter, auch was Behördenmeldung in Corona Zeiten angeht. Die Einrichtung war schon etwas älter, aber tadellos gepflegt und gut in Schuß. Man sollte das Haus allerdings behutsam und mit Respekt behandeln. Wer im Oktober reist, sollte bedenken, dass es auch dort schon etwas kälter ist und vielleicht noch ein paar Decken mitbringen. DIe Lage ist traumhaft schön und der Garten ist riesig. Es fiel schon etwas schwer, die versteckten Kinder wieder zu finden... Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Insel sind ausreichend vorhanden. Lediglich Frischfisch ist etwas problematisch. Dieser wird nur von Zeit zu Zeit von einem Marktwagen herunter verkauft. Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich für die freundliche Aufnahme und kommen gerne wieder!

Un posto da sogno

La villa è bellissima, la vista sul mare è fantastica e il contesto estremamente ricco di vegetazione e poco costruito. Insomma silenzio, relax e mare. La spiaggia di Arenella credo sia la più particolare del Giglio, abbastanza piccola e con la parte non attrezzata piuttosto ridotta, ma con un’acqua stupenda e moltissime calette facilmente raggiungibili anche con un materassino o con un minimo di agilità a piedi dallo scoglio della Tartaruga, che delimita la piccola baia sulla sinistra. Con i miei figli è stata una piccola scoperta ogni giorno. Abbiamo soggiornato al primo piano: la casa non è opulenta e qualche mobile ha i suoi annetti, ma c’è tutto quello che serve per stasera comodi: elettrodomestici moderni lavastoviglie compresa, doccia ben funzionante, stoviglie e pentole abbondanti, letti comodi. Nelle notti più calde occorre accendere le pale al soffitto o i ventilatori. La proprietà in cui è immersa la villa è enorme, con un giardino grandissimo, con tanto di un paio di conigli selvatici. Attraversandolo per pochi metri si arriva ad un cancelletto aperto il quale si è direttamente in spiaggia, mantenendo però la propria privacy. Con la macchina in 5 minuti si arriva a Giglio porto con i suoi negozi e ristoranti, in 10 minuti a Giglio Castello o a Campese per un aperitivo al tramonto. Vacanza consigliatissima.

Casa notevole. Con poco diventerebbe perfetta

Il nostro gruppo era costituito da tre coppie di adulti ed abbiamo utilizzato l'appartamento al primo piano. La posizione della casa è veramente notevole per tanti aspetti: veduta sulla spiaggia e la costa, silenziosità e tranquillità, parco, accesso autonomo e diretto alla spiaggia, campo tennis e bocce, ampio terrazzo con veduta mare, etc. L'appartamento al primo piano pur ben utilizzabile e gestibile, presenta alcuni limiti, che occorre valutare bene se si va in sei: un solo bagno, camere piccole e non organizzate al meglio, manutenzione generale non all'altezza del valore della casa. Ci permettiamo di dare due suggerimenti alla proprietà: realizzare una doccia calda esterna, nel terrazzo e sulla parete in corrispondenza del bagno interno. Realizzare un collegamento e passaggio autonomo tra la zona parcheggio-garage e l'accesso alla scala che conduce all'appartamento, al fine di evitare il transito nel portico di accesso all'appartamento a piano terra

splendida vacanza al Giglio

Con i nostri tre bimbi abbiamo passato 10 bellissimi giorni al primo piano della bella villa di Einar e Cristina. La posizione della casa è fantastica, prospiciente una delle spiagge più belle dell'isola (l'Arenella) e il suo punto di forza è senz'altro la splendida terrazza, da cui guardare il mare di giorno e le stelle di sera. La spiaggetta si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti ed è perfettamente attrezzata - con lettini e un ottimo bar-ristorante. I padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili e pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Ringraziamo anche la signora Rita, che ci ha accolto e dato le prime indicazioni. Speriamo di poter tornare presto.
