The private pool, for the exclusive use of the villa, inside the private property, is located right in front of the bedrooms with outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrellas, gives you the opportunity to take a refreshing swim at any time, a few steps from your bedroom and to relax with a good book in the shade of pine trees.

The house is fully equipped with A/C, Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker as well as all necessary home appliances.

The standard check-in time starts from 4pm to 7pm but we always give a "bonus hour" until 8pm.

From 20:00 to 21:00 the cost for a late check-in is € 50
From 21:00 to 22:00 the cost for a late check-in is € 80
From 22:00 to 24:00 the cost for a late check-in is € 100
