Great stay in Argentario

Overall our experience was great - we loved the location and access to the beach club and pool. The owner was very communicative about all the details of the house and really responsive and helpful with tips on restaurants and getting around Argentario. The only downside was the cleanliness of the house (in particular the kitchen) and some things like fixtures and appliances needing an upgrade/replacement. There is no grill (it is rusted out) and the listing stated there was one, many of the plates and pots/pans had to be washed before using them and we found that the dishwasher was not working.

Hi Erica, I am glad you and your family had an enjoyable stay and was able to make the best of the sea just below the house and the beach/pool club. I take note of your comments on the kitchen and you will be pleased to know that a complete overhaul of the kitchen is planned for this year so that plates and pans no longer need to be on open shelves (where they get dusty). Noted also on the dishwasher: I don't think the problem was that it was not working, but rather that it works best when selecting a higher temp/intensive programme. But I completely understand the nuissance.
