Spacious stylish retreat

Spacious basement garden flat well located to local shops and ferry. Has a great stay although found using the multi function oven a challenge.

Garden flat is tastefully furnished and has all the space you could possibly want every item you require to cook, entertain, relax. Comes with a utility room complete with washer dryer iron and ironing board plus a second fridge My host Charlotte is a delight as is Magdekana who services the flat

The apartment is a half basement with access to a small backyard seating area. The interior seems a bit dim when you first walk in, but that was welcome given the unusually hot weather when we visited. Opening the windows created a nice cooling cross draft. The kitchen is small, but there is additional refrigeration, microwave, and counter space in the laundry room adjacent. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of four. We opted to all sleep in the bedroom together (it has a queen, a twin, and a trundle bed), but I think that we could have used the sofas in the sitting area as beds had we so chosen. The bedroom is huge, so even with two adults and two teenagers and all our bags, there was still space to move around. There were plenty of markets in easy walking distance and the beach was an easy, flat stroll away. The area felt safe for a woman out for an early morning walk alone.
