- Stay in a spacious Edwardian apartment, steps from the beach, shops and restaurants
- Relax in a bright open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen
- Enjoy flexible sleeping arrangements with a king en-suite and adaptable second bedroom
- New comfy beds with extra deep mattresses

There is a large open plan living area with sofa, lounge chairs, table and chairs and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
This large apartment offers a king size en-suite bedroom and a large 2nd bedroom which can be set up as Super King or Triple single beds. The newly refurbished bathroom now overs a shower over the bath.
A maximum of 4 single adults can be accommodated in separate beds. No parties, stagg or hen nights.
Please note there is ring doorbell covering the entrance to the property.
Once inside the communal hall way, the apartment has its own private entrance.
We are trying to do our bit for the environment
Wherever possible we are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don`t throw them away!) They are British-made and Cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging.
We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
The apartment is dog friendly (max 2 dogs) and there is a £25 fee.
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy as you found it.
No house parties, hen or stag parties without prior agreement.
Only booked guests are permitted in the apartment
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issue immediately.
Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
On-line check-in required post booking ID may be requested.
The following charges may be applied :
Lost keys £30
Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost.
Up to 2 dogs allowed a £25 fee applies per stay.
Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount. Information surrounding the Fair Usage Allowance can be requested and found on our website.
