    We are originally British with two sons, have dual French nationality and speak French. We are members of the local Biarritz Tennis club and one is a member of the committee. We know the area and the surrounding mountains very well and can provide advice on tourist attractions and restaurants.

    What makes this property unique

    The property is close to the beach but has no through traffic, and therefore is very calm and does not suffer beach parking problems. We have a world class chocolatier, butcher, two bread shops and enclosed market at Cinq Canton 1km away. The surfing beaches (5) are many of the best in the area.
