Located on a hillside, overlooking a well known wine-producing valley in Pelau, Sardinia. This newly built property benefits from beautiful views on all sides and is a haven of tranquillity for any holidaymaker. The property is extremely spacious with large open plan living spaces and open terraces for most rooms. The property has been designed with the sun in mind - cool in summer but well lit and bright in the winter months. As we have a strong interest in being as eco-friendly as possible, the building has a number of features to try and minimise its impact on the environment. Property comprises 2 and 3 bedroom apartments that can also be rented as a 5 bedroom villa.

Wunderschöne, komfortable Villa mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Berge

Die Villa und die gesamte Anlage ist einfach ein Traum. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss der Villa und hatten einen spektakulären Blick auf die Berge. Durch die vielen überdachten Sitzmöglichkeiten war auch bei hoher Hitze immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Rita und Carlo sind einfach die tollsten Gastgeber, die wir je hatten. Nach einer langen Hinreise, wartet bei Ankunft auf uns Wein, Obst und ein kleiner Snack. Einfach super lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten auf unserer Sardinienrundreise noch 4 andere Quartiere, aber Rita hatte einfach recht :)... dieses Haus ist einfach das beste gewesen, aber auch weil so viele mitgedacht Extras enthalten waren: Garage fürs Auto, Strandschirme, eine Mappe voller toller Tipps, für Kinder massig Spiele, Obst zum selber pflücken). Zum Strand, nach Bari Sardo oder Arbatax ist es nicht weit. Bei einem erneuten Besuch Sardiniens, werden wir sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für wunderschöne und erholsame Tage, Rita und Carlo :).

Tolles Haus, sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im wunderschönen Haus von Rita und Carlo verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern mit köstlichen Snacks und Früchten empfangen, Milch und Getränke waren im Kühlschrank. Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hell und hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht (wir hatten sogar Strandtücher). In der Garage waren Sonnenschirme, Strandsessel, Spielsachen für die Kinder, Fahrräder und vieles mehr und man konnte alles verwenden. Im Garten wachsen verschiedene Früchte und Kräuter und die Gäste sind eingeladen, sich das zu nehmen, was sie brauchen. In der Wohnung ist eine Klimaanlage, die wir nie verwendet haben, weil die Nächte kühl waren und da auf alle Fenster Netze angebracht sind, konnten wir die kühle Nachtluft bei offenem Fenster genießen. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist traumhaft schön und wir haben das Frühstück und das Abendessen immer draußen genossen, abends mit tausenden schönen Sternen, die so hell leuchten, wie man sie in der Stadt nie sehen kann. Rita und Carlo waren immer für uns da, mit vielen Empfehlungen und Tipps und wenn wir eine Frage oder Problem hatten, waren sie innerhalb von 5 Minuten bei uns und haben sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Das Herz des Hauses ist Gianni, der Gärtner. Er war sehr lieb zu uns und unseren Kindern, hat für sie Mandeln gepflückt und uns köstlichem Kuchen vorbei gebracht. In der Nähe des Hauses (man braucht ein Auto) befinden sich tolle Strände mit feinem Sand und kristallklarem Wasser. Liebe Rita, lieber Carlo, lieber Gianni, danke von Herzen, dass ihr mit eurer großzügigen, netten und herzlichen Art dazu beigetragen habt, dass unser Urlaub so schön wird! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus absolut empfehlen. Dear Rita, dear Carlo, dear Gianni, thank you very much for everything! You made our holidays great with your kindness and generosity! We will come again and we absolutely recommend the apartment.

A beautiful home to relax and enjoy!

This was our 3rd visit to Sardinia and to this lovely house, and again we enjoyed our stay very much! We love the spacious rooms, the great views from the terrace, the herbs and flowers in the garden and the fact that so many things are just available and you don't need to bring them - from washing powder to beach towels and children's games. Surroundings are beautiful - many small beaches just 15-30 mins away, but also the mountains of Gennargentu are worth exploring. Last but not least the warm and friendly hospitality of the owners who make you feel truly welcome. Highly recommended! - Fam. Nicolai, The Netherlands
