Two story gated private house on quiet street, very clean, modern decor, grand entry and staircase, balconies off 3 bedrooms, dining inside or outside on patio, fireplace in family room, outdoor barbeque, lots of space! Air conditioning in every room, wifi, large, fully stocked kitchen, TV, bathtub, washing machine, screened windows, and more. Walk to Cardedu square, bars/restaurants, market, farmacia, 5-10 minute drive to beach, and lots of restaurants close-by.

Master suite - large king bed with TV, balcony, ceiling fan, AC and large, on-suite bathroom. Master bath has two sinks, shower, large bathtub, separate toilet and bidet, and walk-in closet.
Second bedroom - large king bed with small balcony, on-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, and AC.
Third bedroom - double bed with AC.
Fourth kids bedroom - two single beds, large covered balcony, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, AC, and toys for children.
Laundry room with large washing machine on second floor with bedrooms.

Spacious kitchen with island, large refrigerator, oven, five burner gas stove, espresso machine, fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and serving dishes and utensils. First floor open layout with large dining table seats eight with crystal chandelier overlooks mountains and vineyards in backyard. Family room has two leather couches, TV, fireplace, ceiling fan, and AC. Bathroom on first floor. Garage with automatic doors.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison au top il ne manquait absolument rien, très propre, spacieuse, très bien située, le propriétaire et son frère qui nous a accueilli très gentils, à l'écoute de nos moindres demandes,c'est un séjour que nous n'oublierons jamais et ce qui est sûr c'est que nous reviendrons encore merci au propriétaire pour tout

Es war ein super Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr groß. Mam hat alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Schöne Strände und schöne Restaurants. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat alle Anliegen schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Wer sich erholen möchte ist hier genau richtig!!!

Schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr umfangreich. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. 2 Garagenstellplätze sind ebenso vorhanden. Vielen Dank auch an die Familie Vacca

Amazing property

We rented the house for 10 days. It has everything you need, or better say is a home away from home . Finding the house was a bit of challenge for us , but we were happy that the owner of the house stayed on the phone with us until we got to the house.The area offers great access to many restaurants, is close to lots of beautiful beaches .Roberto (the brother of the owner) helped us with anything he could, showed us the area, picked fruits from the garden for us We’re only 4 people, but the house is big enough for much more than that. I would recommend this to anyone who likes quite family vacations, quiet town, yet close enough te everything we ate outside, mostly but the house has everything you need if you like cooking indoors.

Vacanza da favola!

Siamo stati una settimana a Cardedu, paesino in provincia di Nuoro, circondato da posti di mare stupendi. La villa non solo è molto bella, nuovissima e ampia, è anche attrezzatissima, piena di ogni confort, sembra di stare a casa!. I proprietari seppur a distanza sono stati premurosi e attenti in ogni fase del soggiorno, sia direttamente sia attraverso il loro referente sul posto. Altamente consigliata per famiglie.
