Very modern three-room villa with two bedrooms, one double and one twin, patio, living room with kitchenette and bathroom, exclusive outdoor garden, barbecue and use of the shared swimming pool. LCD TV in the living room and double bedroom, air conditioning system with fan coil unit in each room. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms. Superior and very modern finishes. Parking space inside the residence. Playground for children.
The residence in which the Villas are inserted has a strict regulation on noise, no parties or noisy activities are allowed throughout the day, neither in the house nor in the common areas.

Un lugar tranquilo y de gran belleza
Se trata de un complejo de casitas (no son tan grandes como parece en las fotos) rodeadas de jardines y con piscina comunitaria. Todo el personal es muy atento y amable. Todo nuevo y muy limpio. La cocina está muy bien equipada. La playa está a escasos metros y se cruza por un estrecho pinar al que acuden muchas familias. Hay varios chiringuitos y socorristas en la playa. La arena es clara y en la entrada al agua hay mucha piedrilla. El agua está limpísima y merece la pena hacer snorkel. Las carreteras son bastante malas y todas comarcales, no hay autovía. Se tardan 3 horas en llegar a Olbia y debido al estado de las carreteras el viaje se hace pesado. Hay un restaurante en la misma calle al fondo (Sa Cogliera creo recordar) en el que la pasta y las pizzas son excelentes. Hay que hacer reserva. El turismo es local, hay muy pocos extranjeros. Calma en el ambiente y no hay aglomeraciones. Los domingos llegan dos camiones en los que asan pollos y codillos y hay mucho ambiente en la zona. Los sábados hay música en alguno de los chiringuitos pero en horario familiar.
Muy recomendable.
La electricidad se paga aparte y esto no consta en los papeles. Pagamos 20 euros por semana.
