This country home is set by vineyards but it is close to beaches (2 minutes drive). This consists of a living room, 2 double bedrooms ( 1 double room has its private bathroom), 1 twin room, 1 quadruple room, a spacious veranda and a garden. Air-conditioning is only present in the main double room.

wunderschöne Villa inmitten traumhafter Natur

Die Villa ist wunderbar. Inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Weinstöcken kann man auf der Terrasse mediterranes Flair genießen. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und bieten viel Platz für große Familien. Tolle Strände, Orte und Natur sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Großes schönes Haus

Super Haus entsprach den Erwartungen. Grundstück auch super.Wunderbare Terrasse zum entspannen.Kurze Wege In die Bergwelt und an die Strände. In der Ortschaft ist alles zum Überleben da kein Massentourismus. Empfehlenswert gerne wieder.

Nice staying

We jenjoyed our 10 days staying with 8 family members.well received and adviced from marco. The house is calm, hugh and with the terrace, the bbq house and the outside shower a good experience for living in a mediterraean island, beaches are close. Everythjng is available in the village Electrical and sanitary standards could need some refreshings, lamps could easily be covered with lamp shades.kitchen equippment a little bit poor for such a hugh house, one power outlet in the kitchen is poor. However, we will for sure return to sardegna and enjoy hosting from marco, allessandro and melissa. Tx a lot and good luck for the future.

Großzügiges Haus mit einem großen Grundstück in sehr ruhiger Lage.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt positiv. Das große Haus bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Sardinische Landschaft und ist mit dem Auto nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Ortsangabe gut erreichbar. Innerhalb von wenigen Fahrtminuten erreicht man die schönen Strände Sardiniens. Die Ortschaft in der das Haus zu finden ist bietet einem, durch einige Läden, alles was es für die täglichen Bedürfnisse benötigt. Die einzigen zwei Dinge die wir als negativ teils stark störend empfanden waren zum einen die Ausstattung und Informationen zur Mülltrennung,(es gab keine Müllsäcke. Als wir diese kauften und vor die Wohnung stellten wurden diese nicht mitgenommen, da wir die falschen Säcke nutzten. ohne die Information welche Säcke zu nutzen sind fällt es schwer die Mülltrennung durchzuführen) dies führte dazu, dass wir zum Check-out Müll mitnehmen und selbst entsorgen mussten. Eine weitere Sache war das laute Arbeiten mit Traktor und anderen schweren Gerät im Hof des Hauses. Leider führte dies dazu, dass wir häufig während des Frühstücks und Abendessens stark störenden Lärm direkt im Hof hatten. Wir verstehen, dass die Arbeiten am Haus nötig sind, fanden jedoch, dass diese unseren Urlaub tangierten und einen sonst optimalen Aufenthalt leicht beeinträchtigten. Ohne Lärm und mit mehr Informationen zur Mülltrennung eine 5/5 so eine 4/5

Sehr ruhige Gegend. Netter Vermieter

Alles in Allem 80 von 100 Punkte. Etwas wenig Steckdosen und auf der Terrasse pfeift je nach Wetterlage der Wind durch. Alle 7 Personen waren sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder. Michael Beck.
