4-BEDROOMS; PRIVATE POOL,BBQ, Quite area !!!

This house is located in beautiful peninsula Privlaka, just 15 minutes drive to the ancient city of ZADAR, and just 5 minutes drive to the old ,historical city NIN.
Enjoy in our house in a quiet village. You will have a pleasant vacation relaxing by the pool on hot summer days with complete privacy ,you will be only disturb of the birds chirping.

The house consist of two floors , on the first floor is very comfortable flat with 4-bedrooms,2 bathrooms,full equipped kitchen and living room and nice terrace.
On the ground floor live owner and they are totally separate of you and always at your disposal or help if you need it.
The swimming pool of 34m2 situated behind the house on very quite area where you will have totally privacy without noisy.
BBQ place and summer kitchen are also available for you and more one bathroom near summer kitchen.
It is ideal for big family or two friendly family, couples or just friends who want to spend their holiday together.

+ swimming pool, outdoor facilities, really nice host beautiful nearby beaches, quiet area - aircondition only in one room (living room/kitchen) all sleeping rooms were very hot in July and sleeping was not that comfy

Very pleasant stay!

We were there with a group of teenager . Surrounding towns and beach within 15-20 minutes walking distance. Good bus connection to Zadar. Super friendly hosts and nice accommodation. A clear recommendation!

We had a very pleasent stay in Privlaka

Everything was very good. The owners were very nice, the accommodation was clean and in good condition. The area with the pool was great. the house is in a very quiet place, the beaches in the area are not overcrowded, mostly sandy beaches. The whole place is not very touristy, so you can also go out to eat very cheaply. What more do you want?

Super Wohnung

Super Wohnung und die Vermieterin war super nett. Konnten ohne Probleme früher einchecken. Wohnung ist etwas älter aber alles was man braucht ist da. Konnten sogar die Tomaten aus dem Garten essen, der direkt am Pool ist. Lage ist zentral zu mehreren Stränden ca. 10min Fahrzeit. Insgesamt waren wir super zufrieden.
