Seaside Bungalow with hot tub. 5 Mins walk to Beach and town.

Hi barbara, I was so saddened to read your review of our home, especially as we have had so many lovely reviews from other guests. However i would like to remain objective and respond to each of your points, as its very important to us that our guests have a great holiday. Firstly i hope the extra touches we made helped go someway to alleviate your disappointment. The cake in the fridge, the many bottles of alcohol in the cupboard, the use of our veg from our veg patch, the extra towels, the instant communication, a 65" tv with full use of all our TV apps, TV in the bedroom etc….. In our main bedroom we have two sets of drawers, giving 8 drawers for storing clothes. Plus we have two very large divan drawers in the bed. We also have an ikea storage shelf which provides a large shelf and hanging rails, also with 5 hanging hooks. You did exchange a whatsapp with me about a must smell which you said was coming from the drawers. These are old collectible antique pine drawers. I apologised profusely and stated we would look to replace them. Our cleaner couldnt smell the must but its important our guests are happy so we will look to replace them for next year. I would have hoped that the storage provided would be sufficent for a weeks holiday. The second bedroom is our childrens room. It is advertised as a bunkbed that can be split in to two singles. We felt splitting it would be be better for the majority of our guests. One of the beds is approximately half a foot higher than the other as shown in the photos. I am really sorry that this disappointed you. I provided foam wedges to use as bed guards for any children that needed them. This room has a large wardrobe with a big full width drawer for storage. There is also a bedside table. The mirror is at a height for adults. There is a full length mirror in the main bedroom if children need to use it. The third bedroom has the same ikea shelf that the main bedroom has. A large shelf with hanging rails and hanging hooks. There is also a large bedside table which provides 4 large cube storage for folded clothes. Thank you, I take on board there is no mirror so i will make sure one is provided. The duvets in all bedrooms are spring summer duvets. I am so sorry these were uncomfortable and will look to provide a summer duvet as an alternative.
