About this property

Polaris Apartment

The apartment is on the top floor of residence La Ginabelle directly opposite Place du Mont Blanc.

The central feature of the apartment is the open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area which is both spacious and cosy, giving you a warm chalet feel. There is also an entertain corner with lounges, TV, DVD. The balcony running off the lounge area has great views down the valley which take in Brevent, Aiguille du Gouter and the magnificent alpine sunsets.

What's included
We supply all our guests with the Chamonix Guest Card, which give free access to public bus and train services within the tourist valley plus other benefits.

Linen and towels are included. For guest staying 2 weeks or longer a fresh set of linen is available mid stay. Mid stay cleaning can also be arrange at an extra cost. Contact the office before you arrive or speak with the in resort rep.

Although end of stay cleaning is included we do expect our guests to do a few things. Full details will be sent you you after booking and we will go over these points when you arrive. Full cleaning is an optional extra.

We appreciate you are on holidays and we don’t expect you to leave the property spotless but we do ask you to do a few things such as leave the kitchen clean, put the garbage out, do the washing up and leave the dishwasher empty. We will send you full details with your arrival information and go over it with you when you arrive.

Arrival & Departures
We greet all of our guests upon arrival and take them to their holiday rental so we can go over everything with them and answer any questions.

Check-in time
Check in is between 5pm and 8pm on date of arrival.

Check-out time
Check out time is 10am or before on date of departure

For guests arriving after 8pm there is a later arrival fee of €20 due at check-in. Arrivals after 11pm there is a later arrival fee of €50 due at check-in

Check-ins after midnight cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

The lead guest, or first guest to check-in, will be asked for credit card details for a Security Deposit at time of check-in

Très sympa et agréable

L'appartement est très sympa et agréable au dernier étage avec un balcon orienté plein ouest. Très bien situé en centre ville, à la lisière de la zone piétonne, à 2 min à pied de la gare (TER gratuit, très pratique pour se rendre aux remontées mécaniques et accéder aux magnifiques sites de randonnée), à 3 min à pied d'un supermarché et à 5 min à pied des meilleurs croissants du monde. Du coup, la voiture est restée les 15 jours dans le parking de la résidence. Je recommande :)

BELLE LOCATION EN PLEIN CENTRE

Bel appartement, très bien placé, tout à pied, et garage en sous-sol. Calme et bien insonorisé. Joli balcon, vue imprenable sur Chamonix et Brévent. Très bon accueil de Glenn. Manque un peu d'équipements pour cuisiner. Mais super séjour !
