Noisy Property

We enjoyed our trip. However the following could easily be rectified: Poorly marked Keysafe. No communication which apartment. No apparent recycling system, bins had to be left in the street. Very, very noisy into the night, would not be suitable for family due to the noise.

ABSOLUTE Katastrophe. LÄRM LÄRM LÄRM

Wir sind 16:30 angekommen und mussten leider feststellen das noch keiner das Zimmer gereinigt hatte. Parkplätze gibt es so gut wie keine kostenlosen. Somit weitere Kosten von 20-30 Euro am Tag. Möbel waren alt und Kaputt und verdreckt. Lampen defekt. Und der Lärm war so unerträglich durch die Drei Nachtbars/Diskotheken direkt im selben Gebäude. Nach der zweiten Nacht sind wir bereits in eine Neue Unterkunft gewechselt. NIE WIEDER solch eine Drecksunterkunft.

Wintersport

Het appartement was niet netjes en zeker niet schoon. Het aanrecht had vele loshangende kastjes. De kledingkast trok je bijna uit elkaar omdat de achterkant niet vastgeschroefd zat. De slaapbank is een ramp, keihard en niet genoeg warme dekens. Ik las ergens dat dit appartement een prijs heeft gewonnen dus we gingen met goede moed op vakantie, maar wat viel de accommodatie tegen. Zell am See is een prachtig dorp met volop uitgaansgelegenheden en voor het skiën allen op loopafstand dat was erg prettig. Dat is ook het enige voordeel wat ik kan benoemen. De gastvrijheid was ver te zoeken er is een sleutel kluis waarmee je naar binnen kan. Heb de eigenaar niet gezien en niet gesproken. Toeristen belasting kon je op tafel achter laten. Verder was er voor het opruimen van de ski’s geen ruimte om ze neer te zetten dus moest mee het appartement in wat en natte vieze boel wordt. Wij gaan dit appartement niet meer boeken.

Prijs kwaliteit is redelijk. keukengerei was niet echt schoon en keukenkraan had geen druk. Erg veel last van de winkelstraat met daar 2 kroegen. Tot 3:00 in de ochtend erg veel lawaai. Wel top om midden in het centrum te zitten.

De aankomst was wat amateuristisch om 15.00 uur moest nog schoon gemaakt worden dus ook de geur en enkele levensmiddelen van de vorige bewoners was nog aanwezig. Het nog te betalen bedrag voor schoonmaak en toeristenbelasting moesten we zelf uitrekenen. Het appartement was mooi en op enkele gebruiksbeschadigingen zeer goed. Het nadeel van in het centrum wonen is ook het geluid (overlast) van de horeca in de buurt. Het parkeren in Zell am See is moeilijk het is overdag bijna overal betaald parkeren met een max van 180min. De omgeving is mooi en het skigebied is fantastisch, zeker met Kaprun vlakbij.
