Great place to stay. We usually stay in smaller quiet towns that are driving distance to many destinations. This place was perfect for us. Hosts were responsive. Would recommend to friends and family.

het appartement ligt op bijna 1000 meter hoog. Dat geeft prachtig wijds uitzicht.Maar, de weg naar boven is best stijl. In de winter wordt deze niet gestrooid en schoongemaakt. Dit maakt het niet fijn! Sneeuwkettingen nodig gehad en stress. Houdt hier dus rekening mee!!!

Das ist schade, dass Sie so eine schlechte Woche erwischt haben. Es gab in den letzten Jahren maximal 1-2 Wochen, in denen Schneeketten nötig waren, um das Haus zu erreichen. Die Straße wird bei Schneefall zügig von einem Schneeschieber geräumt! Der Hang liegt nach Süden, so dass der Schnee auch schnell wieder schmilzt. Es gibt an der Straße auch Anwohner, die zur Arbeit fahren müssen. Bei der Buchung weisen wir bei den Hausregeln auch schon darauf hin, dass es sein kann, dass Schneeketten nötig sind, um das Haus zu erreichen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Das Bad ist neu renoviert, der Ausblick aus Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer ist traumhaft! Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut verlaufen. Am Ankunftstag stand eine kleine Willkommens-Tüte auf der Küchenzeile mit nützlichen Utensilien (Müllbeutel, Geschirrtuch…) einem kleinen Snack.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung !

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Das Haus hat super Lage, sehr ruhig und tolle Aussicht! In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit unglaublicher Aussicht

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir würden wiederkommen und sie ebenfalls weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Das Haus ist am Berg gelegen mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf das Salzach-Tal und das Kitzsteinhorn. Die untere Wohnung ist klein, hat aber alles, um sich dort sehr wohl zu fühlen. Frau Kirchner war sehr hilfsbereit, auch wenn sie nicht vor Ort sein konnte. Im Winter muss man unbedingt Schneeketten zur Hand haben, für den Weg zum Haus reichen unter Umständen Winterreifen nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Was für eine Aussicht!

Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht. Durch die Fußbodenheizung sehr angenehm warm an den kalten Tagen. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt. Gute Matratze mit gutem Lattenrost.

Entspannter Urlaub

Alles einwandfrei und wie beschrieben, in der Besuchermappe alles exakt geregelt und erklärt. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit Frau Kirchner. Bewertung bezieht sich auf die untere Wohnung - in den Fotos Grundriss mit "Kellergeschoss" bezeichnet), die könnte in den Fotos noch etwas besser zur oberen Wohnung abgegrenzt werden. Ansonsten bietet die Gegend ideale Ausgangsbedingungen für die verschiedensten Urlaubsaktivitäten, wodurch es einem garantiert nicht langweilig werden muss.

Super Urlaub

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Aufhausen

Wir hatten ein wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in einer sehr sehr schönen und gepflegten Wohnung. Es war alles wie versprochen und besser. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und die ruhige Lage genau das richtige um einmal so richtig ab zuschalten. Urlaub bei Kaprun

Eine Woche Urlaub in einer netten kleinen Ferienwohnung liegt hinter uns. Im folgenden zähle ich auf, was uns gefallen hat und was hätte besser sein können: Positives: Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Jegliche Probleme konnten schnell per Telefon geklärt werden. In der Wohnung war alles sehr neu eingerichtet. Überall Fußbodenheizung und ein schönes Bad. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Kaprun und Umgebung. In der Besuchermappe waren allerlei nützliche Infos zu finden. Verbesserungswürdig: In der Anzeige hätte ich mir eine deutlichere Abgrenzung zwischen oberer und unterer Wohnung gewünscht, vor allem was die Bilder angeht. Ein kleiner Toaster in der Küche wäre noch eine sinnvolle Bereicherung. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett waren für mein persönliches Befinden zu weich, da hätte ich mir eine härtere Matratze für meinen Rücken gewünscht. Durch die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer hat man zwar 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten, aber wenn man nur die untere Wohnung gebucht hat, wird es am sehr kleinen Esstisch für 3 Personen schon sehr eng. Alles in allem kann man die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen! 👍🏻

Vielen Dank für die ausführliche Bewertung. Zu den Fotos: Die Fotos der unteren Wohnung findet man hinter den Raumplänen der oberen Wohnung. Sie sind alle mit "...untere Wohnung" beschriftet. Eine Aufteilung lässt die Webseite leider nicht zu. Das hatte ich auch schon beim Support angemerkt. Einen Toaster gibt es. Es könnte sein, dass dieser von einer größeren Gruppe in die obere Wohnung gebracht wurde. Ich werde die Reinigungskräfte bitten darauf zu achten. Wenn 4 Erwachsene anfragen, so weisen wir immer darauf hin, dass die Wohnung nicht geeignet ist. Wir haben mit dem 80x80 cm Tisch keine Probleme, wenn wir mit unseren Töchtern da sind. Wir verwenden die Fensterbank und die Küche als Ablage. Ist ja alles in Griffweite ;)

Bewertung Ferienwohnung (unten)

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter vor Ort war super. Als unser TV nicht funktioniert hat, kam er direkt und hat sich darum gekümmert. Kommen gerne wieder! Zum Schluss vielleicht noch eine kleine Bemerkung: Es sollte mal nach der Tür zum Badezimmer hin geschaut werden. Diese geht schwer zu und geht dadurch mit der Zeit mehr und mehr unten kaputt, da sie sehr am Boden schleift.

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung. Alles TOP ! Optimal für 2 Personen. Wir waren zu dritt. Dann wird es am Frühstückstisch schon mal ein wenig eng. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Absolut 'empfehlenswert' !
