Fantastic central location and stunning lake views.

2 bedroom apartment (approx 65sq.m). Ideal for skiing and summer holidays - 3 minutes walk to City Xpress ski lift and 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Zell am See.

Spacious balcony with room to enjoy meals and relax, it has wonderful panoramic view over the lake. The apartment is in a peaceful and quiet location with parking right outside the apartment.

The main bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is a very small room with adult size bunkbeds.

The following additional costs are paid to the local agency during your stay.

Perfect

Clean and fully equipped, some may say a little dated, but we thought it had a lovely character. Great position just away from the busy centre but only a few minutes walk. Free parking and washing machine was ideal for us touring on our Vespas!

Another great stay

This was the second time myself and 3 other adults stayed in this apartment. They were very accommodating and let us check in early. The apartment was clean, comfortable and warm. It's not suitable for some as there is a steep hill to get to the building and then steps in the apartment block.

Great view , quite location up away from the traffic and tourists , approx 300 metres from zell am see express gondola. book a ski locker at the Brundl sports depot at the gondola to save carrying equipment back home each day. good heating in every room inc bathroom. small kitchen ,but has everything you need and heaps of good resturants close by. Spar and Billa supermarkets in the town and Lidl and Hofer a couple of kilometres away . excellent bus service to link Kaprun , Saalbach and Leogang inc in ski pass. Loved the location.

Good location and overall nice apartment

We liked the apartment because of its location and that it was big enough to house 5 adults and one child. It wasn't enough equipment in the kitchen when we wanted to make dinner. For example there wasn't any oventrays and we had to buy an own knife since the ones in the kitchen was really bad. There were some things that were broken in the apartment but nothing that affected our stay in any major way. Would rent again if we return to Zell am See.

This is a spacious apartment with an amazing view over the town to the lake.The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner each day.We enjoyed our stay in Zel Am See. Nicoletta (at All in One Apartments who manage the apartment) was very helpful.We were unable to get to the parking up the very steep driveway due to snow and Nicolletta arranged an alternative location to park which was very much appreciated.We felt that the apartment was good value for what we paid.Keep a little energy in the legs for the walk up the hill at the end of the day.Finally, Zel am See / Kaprum / Saalbach was a great ski resort that we will return to if we return to Austria (from Australia).

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung nah der Gondel in einem 14-Parteienhaus mit hervorragenden Blick auf dem See. Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sind leider etwas veraltet und nicht sehr einladend.Stark beschädigte Fliesen insb. in der Küche. Wer gerne selber kocht, sollte sich ein scharfes Messer mitbringen und wissen, das kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ist. Das kleine Zimmer mit dem Hochbett hat nur ein Mini-Fenster mit Blick auf eine Wand. Eine vernünftige Glühbirne wäre hilfreich. Das große Zimmern und das Wohnzimmer sind aber ok. Gemütliches Sofa und großer TV.Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top.

17 Tage Zell am See

Moin war mit Frau und Schwägerin 17 Tg. im Apartment von H. Hutson. Hat alles was man braucht. Ist nicht 5 Sterne aber gute 3. Dafür ein prima Geld / Leistungs-verhältnis. Super Aussicht vom großen Balkon. Hinweis: Man ist in den Bergen und das Apartment liegt "oben". Die All in One Agentur (Handtücher, Schlüssel, Service) ist sehr nett. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist ok aber das nächste mal mit dem Auto (alle über 70). Gerne wieder.

Toller Ausblick und die Gegend ist herrlich

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und sehr kurzweilig. Wir hatten viel Spaß. Die Unterkunft hat einen traumhaften Ausblick und der Balkon war herrlich. Nur die Schlafzimmer waren ziemlich kühl und die Heizung ging noch nicht.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Es war für uns genau das passende Apatment mit einem beeindruckendem Blick auf den See. Es liegt nicht in der Innenstadt aber es trotzdem alles Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben mit unseren kleinen Kinder (4/5/8) alles innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreicht. Das Appartment selber ist sicher nicht modern und luxeriös. Aber es war sauber und alles vorhanden. Hier stimmt absolut Preis-Leistung. Sicherlicher schaut man auf die Bergabhang-Sicherung von den Schlafzimmern, aber dafür liegt es mitten im Berg. Der Kontakt Vorort war großartig. Wir würden bei jedem unserer Belange unterstützt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und dem Preis angemessen. Natürlich wäre etwas mehr Ausstattung in der Küche wünschenswert, aber insgesamt war es in Ordnung. Im Sommer brauchen wir die Unterkunft ohnehin nur zum Schlafen und frühstücken. Dafür war die Wohnung mehr als ausreichend.

Zell am See! Ein absoluter Traum.

Wir sind schon das 2te mal in dem Appartement. Alles bestens. Alles da was man braucht. Vom Balkon aus, eine Traum Aussicht über den Ort und den See. Herrlich. Schlüssel abholung und Freundlichkeit, sowie Hilfestellung und Service. PERFEKT. Zell am See zeigte sich von seiner schönsten Seite. Morgens frisch, tagsüber angenehm warm. Auf jeden Fall sollte man sich abends die Wasserspiele am See anschauen. Das Tauern Spa sollte auch auf der Agenda stehen. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon.
