About this property

Fantastic apartment in a quiet central location

In the immediate vicinity of various ski areas:
Areitbahn 3.5km
Kaprun 7km
Kitzsteinhorn 10km
Furthermore, there are various shops nearby.

Our maxi apartment is completely new.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms with double beds and can accommodate about 5 people. There is a corner sofa in the living room where up to two adults can sleep. In the living room there is also a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
A coffee machine, kettle and toaster are also available to our guests. The bathroom is very spacious with a large shower.
Overall, the apartment is 65m2 and is located right next to the owner's house. In the courtyard there is a small outbuilding, which can be used as a ski storage in winter.
In the immediate vicinity (200 m) there is a grocery store, 2-3 km away are other larger shops

Sehr schöner Winterurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nicht weit von den Skigebieten, Schmittenhöhe und Gletscher Gebiet. Der Einkaufsladen liegt wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Unser Aufenthalt in Bruck hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf meine Anfragen geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Herrliche Lage vor den Toren von Zell am See

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub bei Ivana. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Wir konnten super entspannen und hatten alles, was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten. Nach Zell sind es keine 10 min mit dem Auto, die Lage ist wirklich top. Für einen Urlaub mit Familie ist die Ferienwohnung echt zu empfehlen.

Beautifully styled and appointed apartment

This unit exceeded my expectations - it is beautifully styled with everything you'd want for a long stay. We only stayed 2 nights but made use of the coffee maker, refrigerator, electric towel warmer, TV, and especially wifi. Our vacation goal was a couple of days of skiing and this unit is located conveniently between Zell am See and Kaprun. The hosts couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Very nice people with excellent communications about our stay. I would totally stay here again given the opportunity!
