The house is lovely, small but cosy, with fully equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable, 5 people can easily sleep here. The host is very nice but she doesn't speak English at all, only German (I didn't try other languages). However, she does her best and tries to help with anything. There's only one problem: right next to the house, right behind the fence there's a cowshed with about 10 cows. They produce quite a smell (although in colder, rainy days it's not so bad) and attract immense number of flies. That makes sitting outside impossible, so breakfast on the patio is not an option. Obviously, flies get inside the house but the host seems to be prepared for this - she left us two fly-flaps. All in all, the stay was really nice but flies made it worse.

Direct naast het huis is een koeienstal, waarbij de koeien direct langs jouw huiskamerraam lopen en blijven staan om te poepen, wat je ruikt in het huis. De woning heeft een zitje buiten, maar ook deze is direct naast de koeienstal gelegen, wat je buiten nog erger ruikt. De woning is klein, bedompt en koud. Het duurt heel lang voor er warm water uit de kraan komt. (Enorme waterverspilling). Conclusie, prijs kwaliteit verhouding staat absoluut niet in verhouding met elkaar. Belvilla dient de omschrijving van de woning aan te passen. (Met een uitgebreidere omschrijving hadden wij deze woning niet geboekt).

Ein tolles Haus für maximal 4 Personen und ein Kind. Auf dem Foto scheint es eine schöne Aussicht zu geben, diese wird jedoch durch einen Baum und einen Zaun verdeckt. Das Badezimmer ist aufgrund der Dachschräge besonders klein (und da wir 192 cm groß sind, hilft das auch nicht). Handtücher, Waschlappen, Küchentextilien, Gewürze, Spülmaschinentabs sind vorhanden. Freundliche Familie, deren Mann und Frau gut Englisch sprechen und Ihnen bei Bedarf helfen, Sie aber ansonsten in Ruhe lassen. Die Kinder genossen es, mit unseren Kindern zu plaudern und zu spielen. Schöner Ort, um von dort aus zu vielen anderen Orten zu fahren, und man kann auch dorthin laufen, wo es einen kleinen Spielplatz und einen Wasserlauf gibt. Ja, es gibt Fliegen, die darauf warten, mitzukommen, aber das war für uns kein Problem (es gab auch viele Wespen in der Gegend, aber die waren kaum in der Nähe des Hauses).

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir wurden vom ersten Tag an super freundlich behandelt und uns wurden alle kleinen Extrawünsche erfüllt. Die Vermieterfamilie ist super herzlich und die Unterkunft ist auch top. Der Kuhstall hat unserem Jüngsten auch so manchen Regenschauer annehmlich gemacht. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jederzeit zu 100% weiter. Fam. W.

Ons vakantiehuisje was 100% van wat je mocht verwachten, schoon, netjes en een mooie ligging. 5 min rijden naar de piste van Kaprun en 10 min rijden naar de skilift in Zell am See. Super aardige familie die je volledig vrij laat maar ook zeer behulpzaam was, Een echte aanrader mocht je fijn willen skiën in dit mooie gebied. Voor iedereen die nog naar deze omgeving wil voor vakantie, zoek niet verder en boek dit verblijf bij deze super aardiger familie die ook nog eens perfect Engels spreken!

Super vriendelijk ontvangen. Bedden waren al opgedekt en theedoeken, handdoeken en badhanddoeken allemaal aanwezig. Ruime parkeerplaats auto en leuke locatie waarbij je snel beide kanten van het dal kan verkennen waar enorm veel te doen is. Aanrader dus!

De accomodatie is eenvoudig, maar alles is aanwezig. TV staat wel aangegeven met satelliet, maar geen Nederlandse zenders. Prima wifi. Bedden zijn goed. Enige nadeel vonden wij de bank. Die vonden wij niet lekker zitten. Mw. is erg vriendelijk en ook de broer van mw. die de stal ernaast beheerd is zeer vriendelijk. Onze kinderen 9/11 jaar mochten zelfs meehelpen in de stal met de koeien melken. Dat vonden ze fantastisch. Wij gingen voor het skien in Kaprun en Zell am See. Beide op prima afstand met eigen auto. Kaprun +/-20 min. en Zell am See +/- 10 min. Wij zouden hier zeker nog een keer boeken

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Dat compenseerde de enigszins tegenvallende woning. Woning is beneden zeer klein, een ongelooflijk slecht zittende bank/bed. met wat kussens en dekens zit je redelijk. Bedden zijn wel heel kort. Douche is heel laag. Vloer boven valt van gammeligheid uit elkaar. Terrasje is in achtertuin van eigenaar dus weinig privacy. Verder een woning waar eigenlijk alles op en aan zit maar is voor mijn gevoel een beetje op

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Frische Blumen und eine Flasche Servus gab es zur Begrüßung. Generell standen die Vermieter stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich zu gestalten. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und bietet alles was man braucht, Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, Fliegengitter schützen vor übermäßiger Belästigung. Das Wlan funktioniert super, für große Menschen (1,90) kann die Dusche allerdings knapp werden. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und ist gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick in die Berge.
