Incredible place, although the busy road behind the holiday home was a bit disappointing, the beautiful view in the garden made up for it, Very clean, and the hostess was very friendly, Also ideal for families with children, with a fenced garden and playhouse, Close to attractions in the Flemish Ardennes, perfect for walks and bike rides, An address to remember!

Wonderful cozy house with a beautiful view

We had a very nice holiday in the house. Wonderful view to the surroundings and only five minutes to the bakery :-) We had our dog with us and she enjoyed it too. Only negative is the Mulsanne straight behind the house, but we didn't really hear the cars. We will be happy to book the house again if we return to this area.

Beautiful house and area

Beautiful house, fantastic views. Fully equipped, lots of space in and outdoors. Easy to find near lovely village. Wish I'd taken badminton/tennis kit as loads of space. Few mosquitos about, and septic tank pretty smelly (?needs emptying) but otherwise really amazing, and def would go again.

Het is een fijn huis om in te verblijven. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Wel zou de schoonmaak beter kunnen. Het gasfornuis en de oven waren gewoon vet. Ook misschien wat geld steken in horren zodat op warme dagen de ramen open kunnen of iets wat de warmte buiten houd. Maar echt wel genoten en heerlijk dat je gewoon een huis tot je beschikking hebt.

Preisträger 2023. Wofür? Die schöne Aussicht vielleicht? In der Begründung heißt es, die Gäste seien von der hervorragenden Hygiene beeindruckt. Entweder sind ihre Standards sehr niedrig oder es hat sich in der Zwischenzeit viel verändert. Die Betten sind schrecklich. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und man kann einen kaputten Lattenrost nicht ersetzen, indem man ein Stück Pappe darauf legt. Eine gründliche Reinigung und der Austausch der vielen veralteten und/oder kaputten Gegenstände ist unbedingt erforderlich, um daraus wieder ein schönes Ferienhaus zu machen.

Verbouwde mooie schuur

Mooi huisje. Eenvoudig maar alles aanwezig. Prachtige tuin met geweldig uitzicht. Matrassen aan vernieuwing toe. 2 pers matras zacht en zakt door. Matras op doorloopkamer is kapot, gescheurd, de vulling komt eruit. Sanitair was niet schoon bij aankomst. Zelf nog flink gepoetst.

België op zijn best

Hebben echt genoten van de locatie en de omgeving. Heerlijk ontspannen, fantastisch voedsel en abdij bieren. Kortom België 🇧🇪 op zijn best. Nadeel is toch wel de erg dichtbij liggende regionale weg, die veel lawaai produceert. Vooral in de slaapkamer aan de wegzijde heb je hier hinder van. Voor de rest echt een hele fijne plek, komen hier zeker nog terug.

Superbes vacances dans une jolie et très grande maison très bien équipée. Superbe jardin, dont nous aurions aimé profiter plus, mais le temps n'était pas de la partie. Nous reviendrons, car tout était parfait, comme dans le descriptif de location. Bien située, calme et agréable. C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille.

Mooi ruim huis in een prachtige omgeving. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. Huisje is van alles voorzien, sommige dingen zijn wel verouderd en aan vervanging toe. Er is volop speelgoed aanwezig voor de kinderen, buiten is een speelhuisje en een zandbak. Het huis ligt in een mooie omgeving, we hebben gewandeld en mooie plekken bezocht. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, heel erg genoten!

The house is as described located in a quit area, shopping and services are in few kilometers away. so it is a nice choice for family that want to enjoy the country side of Belgium, and there are a lot of activities in the near. De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst een welkom mand met lekkers, en het huis bleek precies wat we zochten - ruim met 3 slaapkamers, genoeg speelruimte en speelgoed voor onze (jonge) kinderen, een hek om de tuin heen (enige nadeel bleek de doorgaande verkeersweg waar het huis aan ligt, die gelukkig s nachts een stuk rustiger is). En een prachtige heuvelachtige omgeving om in te wandelen of fietsen. Zeker voor een gezin een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen en waar je genoeg ruimte hebt om niet weg te hoeven. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Bij aankomst was het een heel mooi vakantiehuis!! Mooi uitzicht en leuk voor kinderen.. omdat wij de eerste huurders waren was het binnen niet goed schoon.. maar voor de rest toppie👍 een lieve vrouw waar we de sleutel ophaalde en vertelde ons een paar leuke uitjes die we zouden kunnen doen:)

de aankomst was goed,aardige mevrouw die ons verwelkomde ze ging met ons mee naar het vakantie huisje,bij aankomst legde ze kort maar duidelijk alles uit daarna verliet ze ons weer we konden bellen als we vragen of problemen hadden,wij persoonlijk houden van z,n welkom kort maar krachtig het huisje is erg gezellig eenvoudig maar ontbreekt niets wie voor de rust wil zit daar prima we hebben tenminste genoten we zijn met de auto alle grote steden bezocht brussel,gent, brugge goed te doen van uit het vakantie huisje daarna kom je weer in heerlijk rustige omgeving het is echt een aanrader de zaterdag van vertrek kwam de eigenares netjes op de afgesproken tijd er weer aan vroeg ook of er verbeter punten waren en we hebben de indruk dat ze daar echt wat mee doet bij ons niet aan de orde super te vreden dus een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
