Opening in March 2021, completely new. Spacious and very studio quiet, located in the heart of the old town of León. It has two bedroom with a double bed and a living room-kitchenette. Fully equipped bathroom and kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer). Air conditioning and heat pump. Paid parking just 50 meters away. Free WIFI. Ozone disinfected bed and bath linens. Ideal for family vacations or getaways as a couple and with friends.

Marta fue super amable desde el principio contactándonos por privado para darnos todas las indicaciones e incluso ayudarnos con alguna duda que tuvimos acerca del aparcamiento. No conociamos, éste hotel, nos lo recomendó un amigo nuestro del ramo de la hosteleria de El Corte Ingles, donde conocía el hotel y había servido muchos temas de hosteleria. Están en un sitio privilegiado, cercanos a Peñiscola a escasos metros de la playa, con sus servicios de toldos y tumbonas reservadas para los usuarios, tienen una buena piscina con servicios de bar muy atento, disponen de unos servicios muy buenos con personas amables y serviciales, lo hemos pasado tan bien que pensamos regresar muy pronto. muchas gracias por todo, saludos

Great flat, in the heart of Leon's pedestrian zone with loads of cafes, taperias and restaurants. The underground public car park is 3 min walk at 18 EUR per 24 hours. The communication with Laura was great, very proactive and responsive. And she gave a ton of recommendations of where to eat drink and what to see. Great host and great flat.

Para hacer el check in te facilitan unos códigos lo que lo hace muy cómodo y flexible para todos.Nos ha encantado la ubicación, muy cerca de barrs y restaurantes,muy cerca de la catedral y en un barrio con mucha vida.A pesar de estar en una zona peatonal,no hemos tenido problema en aparcar ya que hay parkings cercanos. Nosotros nos decidimos por uno descubierto que cuesta 12€ al día.Sin duda, volveremos a León donde nos han tratado de maravilla y volveremos a hospedarnos en el apartamento de Laura!

The apartment is perfectly located in the old town, with many points of interest only a 5 minute walk away. There is a large choice of eateries and shops around, and the apartment itself is wonderful. There is enough space for 4 people, and as 2 travellers we found it lovely and spacious. The two ends of the apartment where each bed is located offer enough privacy, and there is lots of room to sit down to eat or to plan your days. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and Laura and her team were professional and very kind. Overall, a wonderful stay!
