Spacious 2-bedroom 1-bathroom south-facing apartment in Block B of the emblematic Skol Building in Marbella, with unbeatable views to the sea, gardens, and pools. This beachfront apartment is exceptionally spacious, and has been designed to maximise comfort.
Accommodation comprises: lift access; luminous living/dining room with access to the south-facing terrace with privileged views; fully-equipped fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.; master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, and a small desk; second bedroom with two single beds; and separate bathroom with shower over bath. The apartment is fitted with A/C throughout, Wi-Fi connection, and access to British and other international TV channels.
Keep in mind that access to the apartment is by stairs, once inside everything is on the same level

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
