Mansion in Martigny with Heated Pool & Vineyards

Enjoy privacy and the (heated) swimming pool during your holiday in this imposing 1892 holiday home. The castle is located behind the house and the countess still lives there. What a beautiful place! You can walk to the bakery, which also serves as a mini market, in a few minutes. Moreover, there are plenty of beautiful walking routes that lead you through the beautiful region from the village square. Fancy some Burgundian food? Take a trip to the vineyards of Mâcon or to Beaune and the Route des Grands Crus to taste the best wines and visit great restaurants, including 2 Michelin-starred ones within a 20 km radius. Or buy fresh local produce at one of the markets in the area and enjoy a barbecue evening at the cottage. Enjoy fresh croissants and baguettes on the terrace under the trees. This mansion was once part of the Château de Martigny. The house has a typical French atmosphere and is ideal for 2 families. It is located among the hills in the quiet village of Martigny le Comte. The swimming pool with roller shutter and swimming ladder (9 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep) is open when the weather permits. In cold years, the pool may take a little longer to open.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Het huis is rustig gelegen; van kerkklokken, verkeer of de in de buurt gelegen school hebben wij geen last gehad. Het uitzicht vanuit de tuin / het zwembad is prachtig. Het zwembad en de gerenoveerde badkamer op de benedenverdieping zijn uitstekend. Voor het overige maakt het huis en de buitenruimte (behalve het zwembad) een rommelige, tot zeer rommelige indruk. De verblijfsruimten, keuken en slaapkamers zijn dringend aan een opknapbeurt toe. Rommel (o.a. klusspullen in de hal, oude buitenstoelen en kapot tafeltje in de tuin) is door de verhuurder niet opgeruimd en de bbq is onbruikbaar door ouderdom. Verder zijn er te veel privé zaken van de verhuurder aanwezig ( in keuken, badkamer en kasten bv) zodat er soms niet voldoende ruimte is voor de eigen meegebrachte zaken.

Ruime vakantiewoning voorzien van het nodige comfort met mooi zwembad en mooi gerenoveerde badkamer. De meeste andere kamers kunnen nog wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken en een terras zou ook nog handig zijn. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het zwembad. Het zwembad is te bereiken via een helling naast het huis. Heel rustige omgeving. Voor een uitstap of een supermarkt moet je dus wel rekenen op een verplaatsing met de auto. In het dorpje is wel een bakker terug te vinden.

Bij de ontvangst zeer (te) beknopte informatie Wat niet duidelijk wordt gemaakt op de website is de drukte van de weg, de school, de kerkklokken vlakbij. We zijn een paar dagen eerder vertrokken. Niet het niveau van Belvilla.

Schöner Aufenthalt, wunderbarer Pool

Das Haus und vor allem der Pool sind wirklich super, wie es die Bilder versprechen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, ich denke das Haus ist für bis zu 6 Personen ideal. Die belgischen Besitzer sind sehr nett gewesen. Es gibt einen Terassenbereich und einen Kohlegrill für schöne Grillabende in sehr ruhiger Atmosphäre. Auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Wir können das Haus einfach nur empfehlen!

Das Ferienhaus in Martigny Le Compte befindet sich in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf, einer wunderschönen grünen Waldregion. Das Haus mit vielen authentischen Elementen bietet jeden Komfort. Sie können draußen unter einem großen Baum speisen. Wir genossen die Erfrischung und Entspannung im etwas höheren Pool. Es gibt 4 bequeme Liegestühle und große Sonnenschirme. Der Empfang war freundlich. Wir erhielten ausreichende Erklärungen und wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, konnten wir uns jederzeit an das "Empfangspaar" (fr.) Wenden. Diejenigen, die gerne wandern und / oder Rad fahren, werden es sicherlich genießen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele malerische Dörfer / Städte wie Charolles, Cluny, Pouilly (bekannt für seine Weine, den Felsen von Solutré -> kletternswert) ... Da es sich um eine Weinregion handelt, stößt man regelmäßig auf ein Weingut mit Verkostungsmöglichkeiten. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es Burgruinen (auch im mittelalterlichen Dorf Brancion), interessante Burgen, umgeben von weitläufigen Parks wie Digoine, Cormatin, ... und Abteien (einschließlich Tournus) zu besuchen.
