Gîte Domaine Bayard with swimming pool or wellness area (spa and sauna)

Authentic Mâconnaise farmhouse with character overlooking the valley, featuring a beautiful private 11x5m swimming pool (gently sloping with a safety step all around) open from June to the end of September (weather permitting), replaced by the wellness area with a 6-person spa heated to 37°C and a sauna (4-person) which is located in a veranda when the pool is closed (possibility of adding the spa as an option in addition to the pool for the rest of the year) & a pleasant private garden of 400m² - located in a charming little rural village overlooking the Clunysois and Lyonnais valleys.

Comprising on the ground floor (accessed by stone staircase) a living area with sofa (additional 2-person sleeping space available) and massage chair which is open to the equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, food processor, wine cellar, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, etc.) and the dining area (the living room, kitchen, dining area is air-conditioned). On the ground floor there is also a bedroom (accessed by 4 steps) with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Upstairs (accessed by stairs) there are two more bedrooms with 160x200 beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Outside you will find a sheltered dining area, a garden and sun loungers around the pool for relaxation.

We are equipped with fibre optics with very good speed to allow for teleworking.

Weekend rentals (excluding school holidays) run from Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm.
