Charming country house from 1925 restored with great care - with atypical "bourgeois" architecture, style and character - located on the edge of an orchard and meadow on a small family farm without nuisance, perfectly maintained. Quiet residential hamlet bordering the small typical village of Cortevaix, nestled in the heart of the Clun countryside in a magnificent hilly setting of groves and vineyards. Beautiful natural and rural environment preserved between fields, vineyards, meadows and forests. Superb sites and landscapes steeped in history (very rich heritage to visit, especially medieval and Romanesque / numerous castles, chapels & Romanesque churches…). Spacious gîte with very good comfort. Contemporary Nordic-inspired cachet. Soft, zen and cozy atmosphere. Both sober and warm. Very charming. Large and pleasant living room open to the surrounding countryside (large panoramic bay). Large sheltered panoramic terrace of 22m² (balcony). Lovely enclosed garden with trees and flowers with a shaded relaxation area, table tennis and table football. Nice open view on the surroundings. Composition of the gîte: Fully independent detached house (adjoining the owners' house located 50m across the road). Wireless. Electric heating. Gîte on the 1st floor. Living room-kitchen-lounge, 4 bedrooms (3 each with a 160x200cm double bed / 2 single 90x190cm beds in the last), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Sheltered balcony-terrace + enclosed garden (with table tennis and table football), children's swing - barbecue grill, gas plancha. Private parking + bicycle storage (closed and secure). Shops at Cormatin 3 kms away, Golf 30 kms away. Mâcon Loché TGV station 36 kms. Le Creusot TGV station 41 km.
