Located in a quiet residential area of Calonge i Sant Antoni, this beautiful 1980s house is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava. Sleeping up to 4 people, the property combines privacy, comfort and nature, all just a few minutes from the beach.

Set on a spacious 890 m² plot, the house offers the perfect setting to unwind. Inside, there is a cosy living-dining room with a TV, DVD player and music player, perfect for enjoying with family or as a couple.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. There are 2 double bedrooms with a double bed (150x190) and two single beds (90x190), and a full bathroom.

Outside, you will find a large terrace, a well-kept garden and a private 8x4 metre swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. There is also a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining, and a closed garage for one car.
