Summer vacation

We spend 2 weeks of very pleasant holidays in peace with the beach at two minutes from the house on foot. We were close to shoots, tourist places and pretty villages to Gp put in the evening. The owners are de always attentive in case of need. Thanks a lot, we recommend this accommodation.

Cosy and fully equipped beach house

Villa Ioanna is a really beautiful beach house, fully equipped and with a lot of space for a big family -we were 5. It is really near (50 meters) to a beautiful long beach where we spent the majority of our time,. Panos has been very agreeable and welcomed us on our arrival and also suggested local places to go and know.. Our host also equipped us with a beach umbrella, beach chairs, games, etc... Things to consider, like everywhere in Greece sea places, You cannot throw the paper in the toilet and in this house, You can use the water only for the shower, for all the rest including cooking You'll need to buy and use bottles of water (which is cheap in Greece). there are a couple of beach bars around 800mts from the house,. Blue flag beaches are around 20 minutes by car from the place. the only issue we faced on the first days, when it was very hot, going up to 38 degrees- were big jellyfishes, when the temperature went down they moved farther in the sea (like 200 meters from the beach) and we did not face issues with our kids for the rest of the holiday. Consider there are not too many things to see around on the inside, apart from Olimpia and Katalolo, we wanted to mainly do beach life so it was perfect for us. It was a great family holiday and we suggest Villa Ioanna as a great place to stay we would love to come back!!

Wir waren 11 Tage vor Ort. Das Haus ist top. Älter, aber gut ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand. Zum Meer keine 3 min, der Strand ist feinsandig und absolut leer. Wunderbar! Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwa 10min mit dem Auto entfernt, vor Ort gibt es nichts. Das ist ja auch der Vorteil dieser Lage. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir werden wohl wiederkommen...
