The Villa was everything we needed for our 1.5 week stay. It's spacious, beds are comfortable, and it's well thought out for a party seating (both inside and outside). The outdoors are beautiful and the pool is great. It was very convenient to travel and explore the Tuscany area and the main tourist attractions. The only thing that was a bit tricky in the beginning is the road to Villa, but once you got there - you are getting used to going up and down the hill pretty fast.Special thanks to the amazing owner of the property - Irene, she has been very welcoming and extremely helpful during our stay.We would definitely love to come back.
The Villa was very comfortable, situated in an amazing location. However getting to this property was very stressful, due to lack of knowing exact name of Villa.
But all was put behind because the place was so peaceful .
Not an easy access but worth the effort of getting there, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Highly recommended. I am sure that our problems will be rectified for future bookings.

A beautiful villa and Irene the land load was very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately weather was bad for mid May and no heating at all, so it was freezing
Would recommend the villa as it will be amazing in the sun, but advice you take everything with you from hand soap, washing liquid, mops, trashing machine detergent as nothing available except 1 toilet role per bathroom.
We still enjoyed the place and the wonderful cooking of the cook as she prepared for us an Italian feast that I requested on our arrival. Also Irene booked for us a wonderful restaurant and got us a discount
Overall I would go back but in June when no risk of rain
The home and surroundings were amazing, just as described in the listing. It is perched on the side of a hill, providing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The pool is beautiful (though it was too chilly for us to use). The bedrooms were very large, with ensuite baths and walk-in closets. The kitchen was large, and there were 3 different areas to dine on the first floor. The hostess, Irene, was available at all times on the property, and eager to answer questions regarding the house and the surrounding area. We arranged through the owner/manager to have a true Italian dinner prepared for us on our first night. The food and presentation was fabulous! There was food left over to snack on for several days! Irene even brought us pastries one morning. We always felt secure in the home and yard, as there is a fence with electric gate (we were provided a gate-remote control).
The house is located in a lovely spot. It is not very easy of access with quite a steep and bumpy track up to the house but it is really ok. We really enjoyed the space and the swimming pool. Also the house being a bit elevated, it meant that it was cooler than in the valley. The owner lives on the premises but is very discreet.
