10 Marinha - Two Bed Apt At Award Wining Beach

This newly constructed apartment is located in a quiet area overlooking the stunning Praia do Marinha beach, which is less than a five minute walk away. Carvoeiro and Benagil are a short drive making this an ideal location for those who would like a quiet, relaxing location but only a short distance to restaurants, shops and bars. There are two restaurants which can be accessed by foot. The apartment is one of eleven and is located on the first floor accessed by stairs. There is ample private parking to the front of the apartments.



The property has one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC and sink. There is a second twin bedroom which has the use of a full bathroom. Both bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes and have small balconettes.



The living area is modern and light in decoration and has patio doors leading to a terrace with stunning uninterrupted views to the sea, swimming pool (16.15m x 7.78m)and countryside. The kitchen/dining area is modern and fully fitted and has a door to a laundry area with washing machine and drying space.



Externally there are stairs leading to a private roof terrace which is extermely spacious and has a BBQ and outdoor seating area. There is ample space for sunbathing also. Surrounding the apartment are fabulous sculptured gardens and a large communal swimming pool which also has a small childrens pool. Overall, the apartment is extremely light and spacious and has been decorated with a fresh modern feel.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. You have a great view of the complex and the sea. The pool and garden are very well maintained. The apartment is very spacious for 4 people. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful time. It was very quiet and relaxing in this great landscape. A car is definitely recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is definitely big enough for a family of 4. More spacious than we expected it to be. You also have two bathrooms, so no cues in the morning -). What we really enjoyed was that it literally has everything you need during your stay (a fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, umbrella and toys for the beach, Tupperware containers to store your food, etc.). We didn't miss anything, which is rare in holiday apartments.

We enjoyed our place. The only issue i could think of was that there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for4adults over a 4 day stay. We ended up buying more rolls ourselves. But besides this small issue, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The apartment is very spacious and two bathrooms came in handy. Sunscreen protection for the windows would be nice. All the other apartments seem to have it. The airco’s outer unit (living room) was also not well positioned. If it was on it made such a noise that it was hard to sit on the outside terras and understand each other. It could also be perceived as irritating for the neighbours as well. Could also have been because of the bird nest inside.. The apartment could do with a bit more utensils in the kitchen as well and perhaps some more bbq gear.

Amazing apartment with splendid location.

Great apartment. It looks better in real than in the photos. Huge usable space. Great location 400m from the most beautiful part of the Algarve. In 5 minutes you are at Marinha beach and on the beautiful trail leading to the Bengail Cave and the Alfanzina lighthouse. Beautiful sunrises. Living here you don't have to go anywhere to admire it, just get up early in the morning and stand on the cliff with a cup of coffee. Close to the amazing town of Carvoeiro. A beautiful, simple, well-kept garden with a great swimming pool in the middle. It is an intimate resort, full of peace and quiet. The apartment had everything we needed: washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils (modern, new kitchen). Perfectly functioning air conditioning in every room. Great balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. There is also a roof with a barbecue area. Everything was clean and fresh. We were truly delighted and made the perfect choice of location. Hmm. I have no bad words and what can you improve? Maybe... keep this place as it is :)

Schönes Apartement in guter Lage!

Großes Apartment mit allem was man benötigt! Schön gestaltete Anlage mit großem Pool. Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in sämtliche Richtungen und nur ein paar hundert Meter von einem Hotspot der Algarve entfernt. Fliegengitter wären hilfreich (hatten schnell viele Mücken im Zimmer). Bett ist gemütlich, aber das Gestell quietscht und knarrt sehr laut bei jeder Bewegung.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Mehrere bekannte und schöne Strände zu Fuß erreichbar. Geheimtip: Praia do Barranquinho, 20 Minuten. Für eine Kayaktour empfehlen wir benagilkayaking.com, es geht von Praia de Albandeira los. Alles sehr gut organisiert, die Kayaks haben einen gepolsterten Sitz mit Rückenlehne, die Guides waren super. Die Küchenausstattung der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Mit nur 5 Gabeln kann man schlecht die Spühlmaschine nutzen. Undichte Fenster, bei ganz leichtem Wind starke Pfeifgeräusche, besonders laut in der Nacht. Die Wohnung hat weder Fensterläden, noch Rolladen. Der sonnige Balkon hat keine Markise oder einen Sonnenschirm. Der Balkon kaum nutzbar, da sehr klein. Positiv: 2 Bäder, eins aber sehr klein.
