Villa construction 2015/2016 for holidays located south of the island of São Miguel, in Paradise Street, Nª 33 in Candelaria parish, 15 minutes from the center of Ponta Delgada, 5 minutes of super markets, restaurants and cafes, is 3 minutes from the restaurant (the RAIÃO) well known, throughout the island of São Miguel to contain typical food of the region.

Villa fully furnished and equipped to meet all your needs. It includes TV and wireless Internet, air conditioning.
We provide bath and beach towels, linen and weekly cleaning.

Villa with 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, including hair dryer, 1 living rooms with TV, 1 fully equipped kitchen, garage and a balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea.

Villa, surrounded by beautiful landscapes with a huge diversity of flora and wide sea views Açoriano.
Parking and private garden.

It is located 5 minutes from a pool of natural water, sea, a botanical garden and 10 minutes from the famous (Smithy), which are natural pools with hot water, much visited by tourism, 15 minutes from the monasteries which also contains natural beach and pools.
It is located 15 minutes from one of the 7 wonders of the world, our famous Seven cities.

Suitability: long term rentals and short term are welcome, children welcome not allowed .animais, allowed smoking only outside the villa.

Very good place but on one side of the island

Very good place to be, very calm. Very reactive owner: there were some furnitures missing or damaged, within 24 hours, these were provided or replaced. If this is the only place you are going to stay for your trip, please beware that it will take you more than one hour by car to go to the other side (like Furnas and beyond).

Un bon 10 minutes avant qu’elle fonctionne à nouveau. Cafetier qui coulait constamment .Air climatisé d’une des trois chambres ne fonctionnait plus. Effet sonore en soirée très agressant. De plus le panneau clignotant donc impossible de dormir dans cette chambre. Demandons une compensation

Mit einer schwierigen Kommunikation nahm das seinen Anfang. Mehrfach unwahre Angaben auf der Plattform und der Vermieterin. Das ganze Haus riecht nach Feuchte und nach Schimmel. Ueberall Feuchtstellen, sogar an den Betttextilien. Keine Waschmaschine vorhanden, keine Klimaanlage, entgegen Angaben auf Plattform. Eiskaltes Haus, das mit kleinen Elektroöfen geheizt werden sollte. Es wird die Hilfe der Plattform benötigt.

Very nice house with modern decor. The house is new, clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious, well equipped, with car parking. Owner very nice despite our arrival in the middle of the night. Walk to the store is nice, but worse back (uphill). I recommend it for tourists with rented car. Photos in the announcement are true. I would highly recommend this house! Darek
