Niki’s Villa is a luxurious newly built two-storey villa in Akrotiri, Zakynthos with panoramic views of the blue Ionian Sea. The architectural design of the 175 square meters villa creates an airy and high ceiling area as from the first floor you can see through to the second floor with characteristic its interior balcony.


The first floor features two spacious bedrooms designed and decorated in a way that provides comfort and luxury. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and from its window you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea, the pool and all the surrounding area. The second bedroom has two single beds with windows overlooking the backyard of the villa. Between the bedrooms there is a bathroom with all modern amenities. Next to the rooms there is a staircase leading to the pool and the outdoor area. The villa additionally features a fully equipped kitchen and a large open-plan dining area. The elegant and luxurious design of the space with a large window covering both floors combined with the unique view is one of the places where you can enjoy unique moments of relaxation. There is also access to the large furnished terrace which covers the entire lower outside area. Nothing can stop the spectacular view and nothing can be compared to the spectacle you can enjoy from sunrise to sunset.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor, which is also visible from the first floor. On this level is the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, an electric fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the garden, pool, and sea. The second floor also features a modern, large bathroom as well as a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Passing the bedroom, there is access to the balcony with a view of beautiful Kefalonia and Kylini. In the surrounding area is the modern swimming pool with sunbeds and the BBQ in a fenced garden.
