Villa Ullastre is located in Pollensa, Mallorca, in a quiet and secluded setting, ideal for a relaxing holiday. This independent holiday rental property is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 4 people, with two cosy bedrooms, a full bathroom and a beautiful private pool.



The spacious living room is decorated with comfortable sofas and a perfect dining area to enjoy a meal or a pleasant conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals during the stay. Outside, the villa has a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals while contemplating the landscape.



The two bedrooms, both air-conditioned, have double beds, ensuring guests' rest and comfort. The villa has a maximum capacity of 4 people, offering suitable space to enjoy the stay. A full bathroom, as well as bath and hand towels, guaranteeing a comfortable and worry-free experience.



The private pool, located in a peaceful environment, offers a dining area next to it, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals. There are also sunbeds available to sunbathe and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The outdoor barbecue allows you to make the most of Mallorca's warm nights, creating the ideal atmosphere for family or friends' dinners.



Air conditioning is available free of charge in the bedrooms from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring comfort during the warmest hours of the day and night.



The villa offers everything necessary to enjoy unforgettable holidays, with a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere in a privileged natural setting.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Wonderful stay

The Finca is a dream. Beautiful pool area, lovely set up indoors. The villa is reached via narrow roads, for the last couple of kilometres. This was a challenge for us, but we managed well. Wild cats left us alone, but were around. We loved it.

Da wir sehr spät angereist sind, war es vorteilhaft, dass der Schlüssel für das Haus im Kasten hinterlegt wird. Das Haus ist geräumig, schöner Pool und der Garten riesig und uneinsichtig Das Geschirr ist qualitativ nicht gerade hochwertig, es fehlt ein Schneidbrett und die Messer sind recht stumpf. Die Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen und es wäre von Vorteil, wenn die Bettwäsche bezogen wäre.

Die Finca liegt schön versteckt und trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand, Port de Pollença oder beim Supermarkt. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Die Küche und das Care-Paket von Seavillas enthält alles, was man für eine Woche Familienausflug brauchen kann. Der zweite Kühlschrank im Waschraum ist top! Das Haus sieht aus, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, vieles ist aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten könnten bequemer sein. Ein bisschen mehr Stauraum in Bad und Schlafzimmer wäre auch toll. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche und können die Finca guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Check-in und check-out waren unkompliziert und reibungslos. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis waren sehr gut. Ein kleines Willkommenspaket enthielt Geschirrspülertabs, Waschpulver, Spülmittel, einen Schwamm und ein Tuch. Alles war perfekt!

Lage abgeschieden aber das ist ja auch so gewollt. Finca in gutem Zustand mit allem was benötigt wird. Pool bei Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber , voller Sand.
