Postatiko Holiday Home Central Corfu

Spanning at an area of 150sq.m. and comprised of 2 floors our house provides ample space for a large family or a group of friends. It has been recenlty rennovated and combines modern decoration elements along with wooden decoration details which emit a feeling of warmth and comfort.

Entering the house you will face a large living room with plenty of seating space, a flat screen tv, dining area and our fireplace. The living room is interconnected with our kitchen which is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, stove, utensils etc). Coming out of the balcony door you will find a large balcony which provides a wonderful view of the surrounding lush green landscape and equipped with outdoor furniture that can easily serve as a dining area for up to 6 guests.

Our house provides 3 bedrooms in total. Bedroom 1 is located on the 1st floor and provides a comfortable double bed as well as a private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the top floor. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 is equipped with 2 single beds. All of the bedrooms are uniquely decorated with rustic details and with comfort and hospitallity as a priority. The balconies on the top floor also provide outdoor furniture and are the perfect spot to spend a relaxing morning/evening as they provide more panoramic views to the surrounding area.Our property consists of 3 floors. You will have the first and second floor at your complete disposal. Our family resides on the ground floor. The entrance to the house is completely independent guaranteeing that you will have absolute privacy if required.

Me and my family are residing in the ground floor of our property and we will be more than happy to assist you during your stay. It is very propable that someone will be available most of the times, however we can also exchange phone numbers at the time of your arrival in order for you to be able to get in touch with us regarding a request.

The house is surrounded by a 30-acre field covered by vegetation, and in the surrounding area, shared with 2 neighboring houses, a few friendly cats and dogs happily reside.

Living in a paradise home

Very friendly family of Nina. Nina is very kind and helpful in each way. Our stay in Postatiko was very quiet. The villa offers everything you need. You need a rental car. Fortunately Nina has her own firm, therefore it is very easy to contact her in advance to book a car. Korfu offers a lot to see and to marvel, especially the main city and the many beautiful beeches. We absolutely can recommend Ninas villa Postatiko for families or couples. We enjoyed to stay there 14 days !

Großzügiges Ferienhaus in einem parkartigen Garten

Das Haus liegt zentral auf Korfu in der Nähe der Hauptstadt Kerkyra etwa 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Man kann von dort alle anderen Orte der Insel leicht erreichen. Es steht in einem ruhigen, großzügigen, parkartigen Garten mit zwei anderen Häusern in der Nähe. Man blickt vom Haus überall ins Grüne, auf viele Olivenbäume und Zypressen. Die sehr liebenswürdigen und diskreten Eigentümer, Nina und Theophilos, wohnen im Untergeschoss des Hauses und sind jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Das Innere des Hauses ist großzügig und sehr gediegen mit Parkett und Holzeinbaumöbeln gestaltet und die Küche mit qualitativ hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Zentralheizung ist bei den jetzt noch sehr kühlen Temperaturen von großem Wert für uns gewesen. Von großem Vorteil sind die vielen Balkone und Terrassen, meist überdacht, sodass man bei jedem Wetter einen passenden Sitzplatz finden kann. Alle Balkone sind mit hochwertigen Holzstühlen und -sesseln, Korbsofas, geschmackvollen Sitzpolstern und Tischen ausgestattet. Das gemütliche, große Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Smart-TV. Man kann sich mit dem eigenen Account für die deutschen Mediatheken und Netflix einloggen. Der WLAN-Empfang ist überall im Haus vorzüglich. Das Haus ist in jedem kleinen Detail auf das Beste durchdacht und ausgestattet. An die Geräusche der entfernten Hauptstraße hat man sich bald gewöhnt. Ich kann das Haus aufs Wärmste empfehlen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Très jolie villa dans une résidence très calme. Vous serez isolé dans une très belle végétation. Villa tout à fait conforme aux photos. Nina nous a très bien accueillis avec une coupe de fruits frais et un alcool local. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir faire un petit déjeuner. Villa très bien équipée et très bien placée pour pouvoir explorer toute l’ile. Recommander sans aucune hésitation pour votre séjour à Corfou.

Juste parfait !!!

La maison est grande et accueillante, meublée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque. Nina a pensé à tout. De la collation à l'arrivée jusqu'aux produits locaux à déguster, et bien sûr à tout ce dont nous pourrions avoir besoin pendant notre séjour. Nina est accueillante, disponible et discrète. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et y retournerons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup Nina !

Το εξοχικό που θα ήθελες να έχεις

Μια απίστευτα όμορφη βίλα σε ένα καταπληκτικό κτήμα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν φροντίσει για τα πάντα. Ο εξοπλισμός της κουζίνας είναι πλήρης και δε θα χρειαστείτε κάτι παραπάνω. Τα έχει όλα. Για παράδειγμα: πέρα από τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, μικρές και μεγάλες, σκευη μαγειρκής και εργαλεία, στην κατάψυξη του ψυγείου μας περίμεναν παγωμένα ποτήρια μπύρας. Μια λεπτομέρεια που δείχνει το πόσο προσεκτικά είναι οργανωμένο το σπίτι. Η διαρρύθμιση του σπιτιού είναι άψογη και υπάρχει πάντα χώρος για όλους, μικρούς και μεγάλους. Η τοποθεσία είναι μαγική, το κτήμα πανέμορφο και η ηρεμία που υπάρχει σε ξεκουράζει. Είναι πολύ κοντά τόσο στην πόλη της Κέρκυρας όσο και στις παραλίες της δυτικής ακτής. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι απίστευτα ευγενικοί και φιλικοί. Πρώτη φορά διακοπές με 3 παιδιά ηλικίας από 8 έως 13 που πραγματικά ξεκουραστήκαμε και ηρεμήσαμε κυρίως λόγω του καταλύματος και των όσων προσφέρει.

A lovely and freshly rennovated house ideal for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms as well as a large living room and kitchen area. Our properties comforts as well as the surrounding beautiful nature and green landscape are guaranteed to create the perfect relaxing environment for your stay in Corfu. While our location provides a tranquil environment it is also at a close proximity (just 15 minutes from Corfu Town).

We are located in Kinopiastes village, roughly 10km from Corfu Town. The location combines both tranquility and privacy (as our house is located on the outskirts of the village) as well as ease of access to the town center and many places of interest nearby. Within close proximity (walking distance) you will find a mini market, pharmacy and a super market (500m).

As mentioned above our location can be a great starting point to explore the beauties of this part of the island. 2 of the most popular beaches (Agios Gordios and Kontogyalos) are located within 10-15 minutes drive. Also the famous and iconic Achilleion palace is situated just 3km away.

Are you travelling with your own vehicle? You won't need to worry for a parking space close to our premises as you will be able to park your vehicle within our own yard.
