Big and Old stone farmhouse with private pool, beautiful landscape!

THE HOUSE is an old farmhouse in the middle of 1700, which was recently renovated, bringing to light and at the same time while maintaining the details that characterize it and tell us that the peasant family who lived there and who gathered together around the flame of the two huge fireplaces. Respect for the environment, then, the house is fully furnished in a rustic style, but with all the comfort. It is divided into two floors that can be accessed by an internal staircase and an outdoor gallery from which you can enjoy beautiful views. Altogether has 11 beds and two beds for children aged 0 to 3 years.
On the ground floor there are: THE ENTRANCE HALL with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a pellet stove;
THE LIVING ROOM with a long table and 12 chairs beside the hearth, and there is the old manger with the stereo; KITCHEN which is well furnished for cooking and all electrical machines, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, juicer, kettle and coffee Italian and American;
THE BRIGHT AND LARGE VERANDA, with two large windows, a lounge and reading with the professional table tennis table, a long sofa and an antique table estendbile;
The ROSMARY ROOM, double or triple room with large bathroom with shower.
On the first floor you will find:
A LARGE LIVING ROOM with ancient niches with internal seating, soft and comfortable sofas and round table, from here you can access the gallery with stone arches, from here you can see a beautiful landscape;
FOUR ROOMS double calls, SAGE, THIMUS, LAVANDER and BASIL, complete with wardrobes and desks with chairs and windows to enjoy the breathtaking views, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
Outside you will find:
THE LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine, iron and ironing board, near there is also an antique cupola furnace, made of red brick Siena, where once baked Tuscan bread.
All tile floors, just to meet the Tuscan style.
The LARGE GARDEN is fenced along its perimeter spots that smell of thyme, lavender and marjoram framing everything. At the center of the garden is located in the old barn of stone and brick honeycomb with wooden beams, completely renovated. Inside there is a beautiful stone fountain, a lovely solarium, ideal for summer lunches and dinners outdoors, thanks to the presence of the barbecue.
The solarium with sun beds and deck chairs overlooking PRIVATE POOL, from which you can enjoy lovely scenery, which acquires a very special connotation especially at sunset. Near the swimming pool there is a trampoline to jump, ideal for children.
In front of the farmhouse is also a convenient PRIVATE PARKING with wrought iron gate at the side of the gate two large jars collect red cactus plants that in summer there offering some beautiful pink flowers.
Outside in the garden there is an olive grove.
