One bedroom, one bath fully furnished first floor apartment, NOT the entire townhouse, one block off the Bentonville Square & next door to the Ledger. The best location available in Bentonville! Be at all of the events going on around the square or any of the fine dining options in just a short walk. We reside upstairs

The apartment has Roku for streaming, U Tube TV, wifi, full kitchen, QUEEN bed, washer/dryer, indoor bike storage(2 bike max)

Visit the Walmart Museum, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, Native American Museum, Walking/Biking Trails with an easy walk or drive. The Ledger is 700ft West of our front door!

Amazing!

The property was exactly what we were looking for in a perfect location steps from the square! And the hosts could not be better, they thought of everything and really went the extra mile making sure we had a good parking spot in the public lot! Would definitely recommend
