This home met and exceeded all expectations! The host thought of every detail. It was truly a well appointed home not just a house to stay in. We were so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Restaurant recs were detailed-both close by and as far away as Eureka Springs. I would have given many more than 5 s if that had been an option!!!

We have traveled to Bentonville for the past 3 years with 4 adults and 3 small kids. We’ve been in this house the past two years and the location and set up cannot be beat! Highly recommend.

The spaces, furnishings and thoughtful touches made this an exceptional VRBO experience. Comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen and baths, multiple gathering spots and fun decor made this a great retreat and setting for our adventures in Bentonville. The BRs and office provide nice privacy as well.

Wonderful weekend!!

Casa Kincannon is in a quiet neighborhood and still within walking distance of the Square. The house was comfortable, bright and well stocked, and our group of four friends enjoyed it tremendously. We hope to stay again. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property looked as good in person as it did in pictures. It was very clean, well stocked and the check-in/out process was seamless. Location was very walkable to downtown. I would definitely return if I find myself in Bentonville again!

We have been staying in vacation rentals for over 25 years, and have finally found a location where we wanted to purchase our own. Having stayed in so many, we knew the things that we would like to have when we rent, and tried to make this a true home away from home. We enjoyed hosting guests so much that we bought two additional homes to open to guests. We currently reside in Little Rock, AR, and travel every chance we get.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for one person, or up to 8. Having 2 of the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor makes it easy to live like a one level. The 3 outdoor seating areas are wonderful to enjoy the outdoors, 2 being covered. The open floor plan makes it great to visit with everyone while cooking up your favorite meal. The huge 75" television can easily be watched from the kitchen. The addition of a private study with a desk is great for work or enjoying privacy for a phone call or a good book. Additional work space/desk on the upper level.

This private home is perfect for a quiet, comfortable stay while having the ease of walking to incredible restaurants, shops, grocery, and all the downtown area offers in minutes.
