Step into our modern home away from home, located in the heart of Bentonville just a few pedals away from Slaughter Pen MTB Trails AND Crystal Bridges Museum of Modern Art. 



When you're out of the saddle, relax in our spacious, open-concept living room - complete with ample seating, large windows, a 75-inch Smart TV and gorgeous gas fireplace.  Entertain your crew or invite a Chef over for dinner in our massive, Chef-ready, fully stocked kitchen. Complete with a restaurant sized subzero refrigerator, plenty of prep space, a bar top with bar stool seating, and a massive walk-in pantry with counter tops complete with a bar top and the essentials you need to create your favorite meals. Our kitchen area features a dining area with mini bar with seating for up to 8 guests - the perfect place to enjoy a family-style meal or board game. 



Head upstairs to our second living room/game room for a friendly game of shuffleboard, nostalgic round of Pac Man on our Retro Arcade game (complete with 500+ games), board game or movie on our 75-inch Smart TV. Here, you'll also find a wet bar complete with a mini fridge, bar seating and all the bar amenities you could ever need. Through the game room, find our balcony complete with a porch glider and conversational seating. The perfect place to unwind and see Bentonville from above!



At the end of an adventure-packed day, choose from one of our four luxurious bedrooms, each with King size beds:

(1) Our Master Suite is located on the main level of our home complete with a plush King-size bed, 75-inch Smart TV, dresser, HUGE walk-in closet, blackout curtains, and luxurious en suite bathroom featuring both a jacuzzi soaking tub and walk-in shower.

(2) Upstairs find our 'second master' bedroom featuring a King-size bed, 75-inch Smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom.

(3) Also upstairs, find our third King bedroom with dresser, walk-in closet and nearby bath.

(4) Finally, also upstairs, our fourth bedroom features a King size bed, dresser and nearby bath.

(5) Sleep two extra guests on our Full-size memory foam pullout sofa located within the cozy 'Article' sectional in the game room. 



Outside, you can look forward to unwinding in any one of our THREE outdoor living spaces:

(1) Our front porch features two fun hanging swings.

(2) Our back yard features a landscaped back yard, is fenced-in, and complete with hot tub, gas powered grill, bistro seating, 6-person dining seating, Solo Stove fire pit area, and string lights.

(3) Upstairs balcony with conversational seating and views of the city!



Our garage is separate from the house and is located around back - accessible by the driveway or through the back yard. It is available for use by all guests! Complete with bike stand and able to park up to three cars.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
