From the lounge, down a couple of steps there are two double bedrooms (bed sizes 180cm) they are both ensuite. There is also a guest WC.

On the other side of the main lounge area there is a second reception area and an other bedroom ensuite, (One double a 180cm wide bed) which is ensuite. The other bedroom is located just off the entrance and is set as a twin room, ensuite.

Upstairs there is the master bedroom (200cm wide bed) with full ensuite. There is a balcony from the master bedroom which provides spectacular views of the grounds below as well as views over the hills of Gassin.
