Welcome to our newly constructed 3600 Square foot,m luxury villa located on the beautiful Solterra Resort in Davenport.
You will be just minutes away from all of the excitement Orlando has to offer for you and your family including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld and more.

Dreams can come true with this brand new villa! You will be staying in a villa with all new luxury furnishings and amenities to give you the ultimate Florida vacation for you and your family. The villa has parking for up to 4 cars on the drive way.

The villa's interior has been designed by professional designers, to not only make it look stunning but to also provide you with amenities, luxury and fun for all the family. If you're looking for a beautiful modern villa, then you'll love this as it comes with 7 Bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 16 people. It also has a number of themed bed rooms for your children to stay in, making their vacation an exciting and memorable one.

The home comes with 2 spacious living areas, one on each floor and includes a large 65" flat screen smart TV and comfortable sofa's so you can put your feet up after a long day out at the theme parks.

The villa is just 15 miles away From Disney World, 22 Miles to Universal Studios and 15 Miles to Orlando Premium Outlets, a retail shopping and dining heaven!

The villa has Air Conditioning throughout & ceiling fans. Fresh towels & bed linen are provided.

You can also have peace of mind as it is a gated community with on site security. In addition, we also change the door & alarm codes for each of our guests from your checkin until checkout.

Our sunny south facing deck area has been extended to give you more room to entertain. The extended decking area includes a Pool & Jacuzzi Spa, 6 Sun lounger and outdoor table and chairs. The villa backs on to a conservation area and a lake with no other homes backing on to our villa to provide you with extra privacy.

* Pool heat is $30 plus tax per night. Pool heat is recommended October - April.

* Pool heat is set to 88 F and the hot tub is set to 100-102 F.

* Pool heat timer runs from 8am - 8pm.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal with a large pantry with plenty of storage space, as well as a coffee maker.

Solterra Resort is located just minutes away from Champions Gate, has a gate at the front of the community with security,. The resort has a stunning clubhouse with an indoor gym, large outdoor pool & waterslide, and a lazy river with sun loungers all around. It also has a cafe, serving refreshments and a play area for children and 2 tennis courts.

Heros vacation home is a beautiful spacious home. The pool area was very enjoyable. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. The house was clean and had all the essential kitchen items we needed. Host was very responsive and kept in touch before and during stay. I definitely recommend this home for your next vacation.

Great Vacation Home

We had 15 family members in our group, 8 adults, 2 teens and 5 children. The house is spacious and was clean and comfortable for our entire group. Separate get together areas for the kids and the adults. In addition to our private pool/hot tub, there was a water park on site for a group rate of 45 for our entire stay. The house is in a gated community, very quiet. Close to Disney. We also got in some golf at Deer Creek GC and at Champions Gate for some night golf (par 3). Overall, very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous stay in this luxurious villa. Loads of space, comfy beds, short drive to all the key places in Florida. Kids loved the games room in the garage. 7/11 at the end of the road for supplies. A great home for a family vacation!

We’ve rented a few homes over the years in Florida with family and I have to say this was one of the best! The home was super clean, well maintained, plenty of towels, the pool was awesome, plenty of room for 11 of us, close to Disney, etc. I can’t say enough good things about this home. One of the things that I think is super important when renting a home on VRBO or another site, is having an owner/manager that is prompt and thorough with his communication with the renters. Chris is one of those owners/managers! Picking this home for your next family vacation is a good idea, trust me.

I have stayed at many places in the Florida area, and this home by far was the most Spectacular place to stay. Very quite and relaxing as well as the layout of home was fabulous. Mr.Danks was very helpful on everything as far as what was new and places to eat etc. We had one or two hiccups but nothing to really write about. Thank you so much for renting to us all. Fantastic holiday lovely villa

This was our first time staying in a villa and we really didn’t know what to expect. From the moment we walked in we knew we had made the right choice. The pool is private and not overlooked at all. Wonderful for when you come back from a long day in the parks. We had many an evening all sitting around the pool relaxing. The location is perfect and only a 20 minute drive to Disney. The villa is well stocked with everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. Chris the owner was extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions and really very helpful. An excellent choice

We had a wonderful stay at this house. I cannot say anything negative. The check in was flawless. The house on entry was lovely , clean and very well stocked with dishes and cutlery and all essentials needed to start your vacation. Their was also a great supply of pool towels and the pool are was very nice and loved the safety features. The pool and tub worked perfectly and we enjoyed it very much . Owner was very quick to reply and answer any questions . Would def stay here again . Also the community area is great we all had a nice time there. Just fyi be careful with parking, the community is very strict, so dont park in street unless designated , they will tow you!

Luxury stay in peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

We stayed at heroes villa for three weeks and I can honestly say it was absolutely stunning. The villa is very private as is not overlooked and the street it is located on is lovely and peaceful. The minute we stepped through the front door we felt safe and comfortable. The alarm system is very reassuring especially for us being our first time in the states. We loved that the upstairs was fully carpeted as it felt like home from home. The sofas were a god send to lie on after a busy day at the parks and everything felt clean and finished to the highest standards. We are still talking about the amazing pool area and the precious times we spent in the gorgeous outside space. The other thing to mention which really helped was how Chris the owner of the villa was so very quick to answer any queries we had and this was from the minute we booked to coming home, we all said this added to the trip as his advise was invaluable. I would not hesitate to book this villa you will not be disappointed.

The Heroes Vacation Home provides a perfect home and location for your special holiday in Florida. It is beautifully designed and decorated with absolutely EVERYTHING you need for a relaxing and truly comfortable stay. We loved coming back to it of an evening after a crazy day in the parks and relaxing by the pool side with a cold drink and a bite to eat! The layout of the villa is great with the upstairs lounge area in particular being a cosy, comfy place to chill out and chat before heading to bed or watch some TV to unwind! Beds very comfortable with good quality linen! The kitchen is well equipped, spacious and bright. All the bathrooms and showers are of high quality and powerful flow - plenty of bath towels and the added benefit of mountains of pool towels. Laundry facilities great, games room - great if you have the energy! To say we had the best holiday is an understatement and we would definitely love to return again some day soon. Chris, the owner, was so helpful before, during and after our stay - with so much knowledge of the area and tips - thank you again. The location is perfect for everything - parks, shopping, restaurants - and to have the added benefit of the club house etc which was great - especially if you have younger kids - adds up to the perfect holiday spot! We only wish we had had more time to enjoy the villa as we were so busy with so much to fit in. Thoroughly recommend Heroes Holiday home to anyone!

This villa is a must stay

I’ve just got back from a 3 weeks stay. I cannot recommend this villa enough. It’s absolutely stunning. The location is perfect with easy access on and off the gated resort. The road is quiet and peaceful and the backdrop from the pool is looking out on to nature. Champions gate is just round the corner with restaurants and a supermarket , McDonald’s etc which costs just $7 in an Uber to get to and It’s close to the I4 to get to the parks The villa is huge , with everything you can imagine you need for your stay and more. First impressions were how spotlessly clean it was. Then there’s the added details of bows on the toilet rolls and personal shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottles in every bathroom. There is an abundance of personal towels and pool towels at the property also, which is a lovely touch and Loads of hangers in all the wardrobes . The pool is a salt water pool which is amazing and great for the skin and the hot tub is a stunning with powerful jets and gets lovely and warm and the pool lighting gives a beautiful ambience in the evenings . The beds are soo comfy too . My bedroom had a massive walk in wardrobe and all the rooms have extremely large wardrobes with more than enough space. There’s tv’s in every room and a tv and comfortable seating in the pool area plus two relaxing lounges with large TVs . There is everything you need in the kitchen , lots of all types of glasses and everything you need to cook with . We loved having relaxing days and evenings at the villa. We’ve been to Orlando several times, but Heroes Vacation Villa has been by far the best Villa we’ve ever stayed in by far. The owner is so friendly and happy to give advice on anything you ask, nothing is too much. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. We can’t wait to go back !

A Magical Retreat: Our Unforgettable Stay at Heroes Vacation Home

We visited recently as a party of 3 adults and a toddler. It was a privilege to stay at Heroes Vacation Home. The Villa completely surpassed our expectations. The cleanliness of the home was immediately apparent. The modern design combined with practical open plan living created an environment that was practical and aesthetically pleasing. The facilities in the home were everything we had wished for and more. The expansive space comfortably accommodated our group; in fact, with a stunning seven bedrooms on offer, we found that there was more room than we actually needed. A lovely surplus indeed! The location of the home was simply unbeatable for us. Its proximity to Disney was a massive advantage, it allowed us to make trips quick and easy with all Disney parks reachable in ~20 mins. One of the standout features of the home was, without doubt, the outdoor area. We made daily use of the hot tub and swimming pool – a perfect way to unwind after an exhilarating day at the parks. We loved the wonderful surroundings of a 'nature reserve' style area around the pool and hot tub, it made for some stunning sunrises and sunsets. The tranquility and beauty this offered only increased our enjoyment at Heroes Vacation Home. We also need to mention the fantastic contribution that the home owner made throughout our overall booking experience. The process was seamless from start to finish, showcasing the homeowner's remarkable knowledge and passion for everything orlando and Disney ensuring we had a memorable stay. We can't wait for our next stay at the "Heroes Vacation Home". We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home, regardless of whether you require all seven bedrooms or not. The house, location, facilities, and superb homeowner all culminate into an unforgettable experience making it worth every penny (or cent).

Nice house!

We had a wonderful stay at this Solterra Resort home. I'm a stickler with cleanliness and felt this house overall was very clean. Plenty of pool towels and bath towels for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. We really appreciated the extra security with door alarms to the pool as well as the pool gate around the pool. No major issues while we were there, so we did not need to contact the management. The owner is VERY responsive starting with our inquiry to book and follow-up with making sure our stay was enjoyable. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Accurate pictures

Had an amazing time at Chris's house. Beds were a little stiff but that was just my opinion since they were brand new. Everything was clean and check in and out was so easy. I also felt very safe with all the smart features (security alarm) will definitely make this house a favorite of mine. Thanks again Chris for all your help.

I first visited Orlando in 2016 when I was 31 years old, I took my partner my parents, my brother and sister and we rented a villa for the very first time and we were amazed at everything that Orlando has to offer and I knew then that one day I had to own a villa in the Orlando area.

Since then we kept going back, sometimes 2-3 times in a single year and every time new things have been built and new attractions opened up to tourists.

We have stayed on Solterra a few times and every morning we would go for a walk around a lake on the resort that had a field in between some of the villas, it was beautiful and south facing with trees and a lake behind it, I told the sales agent if that plot of land is ever being built on he should call me and during August 2020 I finally got that call to say 3 homes are being constructed on the south facing lot and I knew I had to have it.

Our realtor visited every week and took photographs from October 2020 - March 2021 and we saw it go from grass to a fully built home with a extended deck with a Pool & Jacuzzi spa.

What makes this property unique

I've invested heavily to make this a dream vacation home including upgrades to the size of the pool and we extended the south facing deck size from the home to the pool.

I also hired a luxury interior designer so the home is beautiful inside and out with beautiful furniture with plenty of attention to detail in every single room.

Our villa is green not just in colour but for its energy, we have a large Tesla solar panel system on our roof along with two Tesla powerwalls so our energy is self generated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! This also makes us protected from local power outages too.
