Host communication was among the best out there. Provided all kinds of information in advance about amenities, events, etc. Very easy process.Home was very clean, very spacious, pics are accurate. The neighborhood and clubhouse are also nice. Only downside was parking and some people having big parties, can't control that.

Disney for 5th Birthday

We gathered in Orlando for our daughters 5th birthday. The house was perfect for a large group and we enjoyed our stay. Traffic from the home to the disney property was a bit hectic but the home and resort community were wonderful! We will certainly be visiting this home again!

Family Vacation

Travelled with my husband, daughter, son-in-law, son, daughter-in-law, 2 3 year old granddaughters, 5 year old granddaughter, niece and her husband for a 9 night vacation. The house was exactly as pictured and it was a wonderful stay. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and all that was asked for was ready for us.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this beautiful home. Every bedroom was comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, giving everyone in our family their own space and privacy, which made the stay especially relaxing. The home is extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and truly felt like a place you could settle into right away. One of our favorite parts was the peaceful farmland behind the house, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening—it was such a calming and special way to end the day.The location was very convenient, with stores nearby and Disney not far at all, making it easy to get around while still feeling quiet and tucked away. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and overall it was hard to leave because everything about this home felt welcoming and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-maintained, and beautiful place to stay.

Great Stay and Great House

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house and all it amenities. The house is a located at the back of the community on a court which was great as the pool area was backing on to nothing. Felt very private. We would come back again.

Family Vacation

This house is awesome for an extended family vacation. It was great to have all the baby gear at the house like a crib, high chair and baby gate. The only complaint was the amount of traffic but that has nothing to do with the house, just a lot of traffic around the Orlando area. Definitely would rent again!

House is beautiful and was immaculately clean. It has everything needed for a wonderful family vacation. The only drawback is getting into the neighborhood. We waited up to 20 mins several times. The neighborhood doesn’t have enough parking for the number of homes. The HOA doesn’t enforce rules.

So pleased you loved our home. Thank you for your input re traffic - The community is working hard to ensure that only registered paying guests are allowed on community which although can sometimes create a delay at busy times (as with many communities) is for the benefit of all guests. Please be assured that Parking is also being continually addressed.

Disney world trip vacation stay

We enjoyed the house very much it was nice and spacious. The only concern is we paid extra for heat to the spa and pool. I’m of the opinion that both the pool and spa was not adequately heated for the extra files that were paid.

Thank you for your review I am sorry you were not able to give us 5 stars, which is always our aim - unfortunately the weather is something we cant control and the cold weather experienced during your stay can mean that pools do struggle to get up to temperatures, that said we always ask our guests to reach out during your stay should you feel that adjustments need to be made to suit your requirements. We hope you will choose to book with us again in the future.

Great house, limited roads

House is what’s advertised. Shower heads could be replaced. We booked in Dec there must’ve been some kids football event going on because it was packed with cars in football people from early morning to late at night practicing.

We are sorry you experienced Solterra at an unusually busy time, but hope you enjoyed your stay overall. I have messaged you regarding your comment regarding the shower heads - we normally upgrade all our showers so I am unsure as to why you felt them needing upgrading. We will take this comment on board and hope to hear from you.

Just what we all needed

Only issues we had were the dish washer not working but got a new one in a couple of days! Paid for pool and hot tub to be heated but wasn’t that hot. Otherwise this place is beautiful! The streets are small so go slow lots of cars around

Beautiful 7 Bedroom / 5 Bathroom Pool Home

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in this beautiful vacation home! Patricia did a wonderful job communicating with us and making her home feel like it was our own. It was very clean and organized and there was everything that we needed for cooking, enjoying the pool, and having the comforts of home! The pool and spa were amazing, along with the huge deck area all the way around the pool. They really did a great job designing the outdoor space. I could go on and on, but this was a perfect house for our family and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again Pat!

Great Staycation

This home is beautiful! My daughters 21st Birthday was in August and with Covid going on we could not have a huge party as we wanted so a staycation was the next best thing. Our family of 12 stayed for 7 nights and had an absolutely fantastic time! The home is very spacious and everyone was very comfortable. The garage games were fun and the upstairs TV/gaming system was great for the guys to play games on. The pool deck area is where we spent most of our time. Its perfect with a TV, mini fridge, grill, table and lounge furniture out there! We loved it and did not want to leave at the end of our trip. The owner Pat is a blessing to deal with and very responsive! We definitely will be wanting to stay at this home again! We give it 5 stars for sure!

Christmas

Let me just say we asked about putting up a Christmas tree. Halfway to Florida we realized we had forgotten ours. When we walked through the door Christmas decorations were right by the door and a beautiful Christmas tree decorated by the dining room they truly went above and beyond. Easy communication between the management team and I when we couldn't find the xbox information. The rooms were amazing, clean, and comfortable the heated pool was definitely used by my children all week. Definitely will be booking this house again! Thank you

Review

The property and community the house is located in is beautiful. The house was plenty big enough for our family that stayed. My little guy loved that there are cows in the field behind the house! Both kids also enjoyed looking at the little lizards. The only part about the house was getting the back slider open. For my kids and my grandmother they couldnt open it on their own. There is a Publix grocery store only a few miles away which made our first night easier to get groceries. Our family loved the private pool and the giant community pool and slide. The lazy river was a nice place to relax. I will say around the lazy river i cleaned up garbage from people that threw plastic cups, lids, and straws in the mulch.

Thank you for the 5* review and for your feedback. We have had our patio doors service and they now slide super smoothly! I am so pleased you loved the home and look forward to welcoming you back soon. Apologies that the resort did not promptly pick up the garbage in the community area, they have been advised of the tardiness.
