Welcome to Broad Oak Drive, my Vacation Home for your family, located in the amazing gated community know as Solterra Resort. My home is located less than 15min from the main entrance to all of the Disney Parks!! I am the original owner of this beautiful house having built it in 2019 and I give my best to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I've dedicated myself a lot to take what is the existing luxury standard for vacation homes to give you an amazing experience. I am constantly in the process of updating and re-furnishing my property to keep things nice and new. Cleanliness is my main priority. I understand that there is a lot of variation in standards with vacation homes and it is my main goal making sure you are happy with my home. I take a lot of pride in making sure your stay is magical! I am very lucky to have a property manager who lives near the neighborhood and who will be available in the event that you need any type of support or have any issues during your stay. Our property manager only manages a small number of homes and this is the reason that he is able to take such good care of my home.
It is really important for you to know that the house is newly decorated by professionals, all prepared for you and your family. There is a Game Room that is located in the garage, where you can find an amazing pool table and foosball to have a great time with your family without leaving the house. The WiFi and cable TV are available in every room of the house.

GREAT DETAILS:
- Parking: You will be able to park 2 vehicles on the garage ramp. In case that you have more than 2 vehicles to park, throughout Solterra Condominium there are designated areas for you to park your vehicle. On my house's street there are several marked spaces where you can also park other cars. Even within the Condominium, it has a specific parking area, if you wish to use it. If you do not park your car on the designated areas your car will be towed. Parking your car blocking the sidewalk will also lead your car to be towed.

- Please note that I provide to my guests the following basic items, however I no longer provide these items when it's over, the guest has a duty to buy the items that may be missing. The following basic items are:
Soap in all bathroom sinks, toilet paper in all bathrooms, garbage bag in all bins, paper towels in the kitchen, detergent, 1 sponge and soap for washing clothes.

COVID-19
My house is prepared to receive you! We have a specialized cleaning team, using a proper disinfectant product for cleaning the house. In addition, all our trousseau is washed by the same team, in our house. With water at high temperature and soap suitable for this, after washing, the trousseau is still dried at a high temperature.
All this to give you greater security. And, we are practicing longer intervals between one reservation and another, according to local and HomeAway guidelines.
