Very close to the beach, no view except to the hotel across the road but great lighting when windows open, clean, easy check in process. Close to many shops and restaurants as well as the bus route. Great value for price. You will have to leave tourist tax in cash.

Location couldn&#39t have been any better. Literally seconds to the beach and the main strips. Multitude of places to eat within seconds also. Apartment was clean and has all amenities.

Der Check In funktionierte einfach und unkompliziert

Der Check In funktionierte einfach und unkompliziert. Wir haben bereits vorab alle Infos zur Unterkunft aber auch viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Umgebung erhalten. Das Apartment ist fußläufig zum Strand und in der Nähe gibt es sowohl Supermärkte, die bis spät abends geöffnet haben als auch Restaurants und Co. Einen Parkplatz mussten wir auch nicht lange suchen. Das Apartment ist mit dem Wichtigsten eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Küche und eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Auf dem Balkon kann man morgens gemütlich frühstücken und seine Wäsche trocknen. Abends sollte man sich auf jeden Fall mit Mückenspray wappnen :) Beim Duschen sollte man allerdings vorsichtig sein, da man schnell das komplette Bad bis hin zum Schlafzimmer unter Wasser setzen kann. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft! Ich komme gerne wieder ☺️

Logement de vacances à deux pas de la magnifique plage de Alcudia et à deux pas de toutes commodités : bars, restaurants et supermarchés. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Malgré un petit désagrément qui a été rapidement réglé grâce à la réactivité de l'hôte, nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous recommandons !

El apartamento estaba muy bien comunicado y en una ubicación perfecta para poder moverse. Ahora bien, en cuanto a la limpieza bastante floja, cuando llegamos no había ni mocho ni bayeta y únicamente un rollo de papel higiénico (empezado). Nos tuvimos que quejar un par de veces pra que nos lo hicieran llegar. Además, que la cesta de bienvenida es inexistente. Aún así disfrutamos del alojamiento que cubrió nuestras necesidades básicas y por el precio y la ubicación es probable que volvamos.

Sehr kleine Wohnung, aber ausreichend für 2 Personen. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht um kleine Gerichte zu Kochen. Natürlich ist alles sehr schlicht, aber reicht super aus. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist leider nur zur Straße raus aber dafür war der Balkon schön groß, sodass man auch draußen Essen kann. Das Badezimmer war super, leider fehlt ein Duschvorhang, damit man beim Duschen nicht so viel Wasser im Bad verteilt. Außerdem hat die Waschmaschine leider nicht funktioniert. Aber ansonsten sehr schön. Die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal, 2 Minuten Fußweg und man steht mit den Füßen im Sand. Unmittelbar in der Nähe zum Haus sind auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Bars. Ein sehr nettes Extra war eine vom Vermieter bereitgestellte Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Vielen Dank! :-) Ich würde wieder herkommen. Danke für den Aufenthalt! :-)

Perfekter Standort sehr nahe am Strand.

Sehr schöner und grosser Balkon mit einer Lounge. Allgemein war das Appartment in einem super Zustand und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Werde wieder einmal meine Ferien dort verbringen.

Nachtruhe Fehlanzeige (und das liegt nicht an der Innenstadt)

Direkt unterhalb des Schlafzimmers ist eine Pumpe, die die ganze Nacht brummt. Reaktionen des Vermieters waren verständnisvoll und bemüht aber sonst ist nichts passiert. (Eine angebotene Ersatzunterkunft hätten wir (fast) voll bezahlen müssen, im Endeffekt also zwei Ferienwohnungen zum Preis von zwei Ferienwohnungen) Das Bad wird beim Duschen regelmäßig geflutet und ein Strandblick ist nicht vorhanden, da steht ein großes Hotel davor. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer durchschnittlich sauber, Betten sind hart aber tatsächlich bequem und der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und wirklich sehr schön. Ohne Lärmschutz hat man nachts auf jeden Fall keine Ruhe.
