Casale Ferronio - Le Palme Apartment

The “Le Palme” apartment is located within Casale Ferronio, in the hills of Scandriglia (Rieti), surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The apartment features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a large living room with two single sofa beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and refrigerator.
A portable cot for small children (up to 3 years old) can be added to the double bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with sheets, towels, blankets, and independent heating.
It features a spacious, covered outdoor area where you can relax and have lunch, and is surrounded by a beautiful garden.
Guests have access to the panoramic pool with a changing room, washing machine, ping-pong table, and barbecue area.
The pool may be shared with other guests.
For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of €52 is required, which includes a change of sheets and towels and a thorough cleaning of the apartment.
The pool is open from June through September and is shared with other guests.
Independent heating is billed based on actual usage at a rate of €0.80 per cubic metre.
During the winter months, a security deposit of €150 is required to cover utility costs.
