Wir haben einen entspannten Familienurlaub mit drei Generationen dort verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung des Hauses mit allem, was man braucht, und insbesondere der Außenbereich. Die Lage ist spitze, da man sowohl den Strand als auch die Ortsmitte zu Fuß erreichen kann. FĂŒr uns war das Objekt perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern funktionierte reibungslos.

The property was okay however, there were a few issues that made it not perfect. Firstly, we were advised after we arrived there had been a flood due to a boiler issue. This was a few weeks before our stay and so we are unsure why it was not communicated prior to our arrival. This had caused some damage and we were asked to keep the property aired. During our stay we complied as much as possible but there was mould growing back in some rooms (house toilet and double with the boiler). There was also some noticeable lines on the walls where it was apparent there was damp. It appears the new boiler has not been set with an upper thermostat level set and therefore, we almost had an occasion of significant burns to an adult due to a knock of a shower tap. A child would be potentially hospitalised. Sue to the heat the sprinkler system was operational lot that caused significant mosquito population and therefore, spent a lot of time too hot to sleep or keeping airflow and being bitten. Not ideal but it was very hot. Maybe, less sprinkler would be better or at a better time. The pool cover was not operational during our stay but the heat meant it was still okay. Both our kids swim so nothing to worry about. Overall, it was fine for what it is and the cost and therefore, not poor but not exceptional.

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle

Maison au calme. Trés verdoyante et pratique. Beaucoup de luminosité.Idéale pour passer un bon séjour en famille. Dommage que la piscine n'ai pas été chauffée.

Idéal pour un séjour sport et détente en tribu

Maison trÚs agréable, idéalement organisée, bien équipée avec des indications et des procédures trÚs claires pour que tout se passe au mieux. Accueil trÚs sympathique, idem pour la sortie, propriétaires disponibles et réactifs. Idéal pour un séjour jusque 8 adultes sans se marcher dessus.

La maison est vraiment super. TrÚs bien conçue avec un intérieur pratique et un extérieur trÚs sympa avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis. Facile à trouver. Proche du centre et de la plage. Je recommande !

Superbe maison

Confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, la maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e (quartier calme et Ă  15 minutes de l’ocĂ©an Ă  pieds). Les 4 chambres et les 2 salles de douche nous ont permis d’avoir chacun notre espace (nous Ă©tions 3 couples d’adultes et 2 enfants). La piscine et la grande terrasse amĂ©nagĂ©e ont ravis tout le monde.

GerĂ€umiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus, schönes GrundstĂŒck, schöner Pool. 15 min. zu Fuß zum Strand. Etwas lĂ€rmige WasserhĂ€hne, etwas hellhörig. Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder/ Jugendliche) haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. In der Hauptsaison könnte LĂ€rm einer nahen Straße störend werden (wir waren in der Vorsaison da)

Sehr schönes und komfortables Haus am Atlantik

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im tollen Haus und alles vorgefunden, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Auch administrativ von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles sehr gut funktioniert.

Tolle Lage, super Ausstattung - Achtung nicht ganz barrierefrei fĂŒr Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönenUrlaub dort. Das Haus und der Pool waren super. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Es ist, trotz der angrenzenden Straße ruhig. Es war alles erdenkliche im Haushalt vorhanden, so dass man sich fĂŒr die Selbstversorgung wie zuhause gefĂŒhlt hat. Die Verwalter vor Ort waren sehr herzlich und jederzeit bei Fragen ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, Einziges Manko fĂŒr uns- die barrierefreiheit des GebĂ€udes ist leider nicht gegeben. Laut des Online Portals handelt Es sich um ein Rollstuhlgeeignetes/barrierearmes Haus Ein Rollstuhlfahrer kommt weder aus eigener Kraft in das Haus, noch sind z.B. das Bad oder das WC barrierefrei. Es gibt keine Rampe (obwohl dies mit einfachen Mitteln gut möglich wĂ€re), die Duschen sind nicht ebenerdig, etc Da unsere Tochter noch nicht ausgewachsen ist, konnten wir sie tragen, ein erwachsener Rollstuhlfahrer hĂ€tte hier leider massive Probleme gehabt, wenn er einen entspannten Urlaub haben wollte. Gerne geben wir unsere Anregungen fĂŒr eine barrierefreie Möglichkeit weiter, da ansonsten alles sehr schön war.

Conforme au descriptif sur Abritel

Maison et jardin agréable à vivre. Emplacement calme propice au repos. Equipement pratiquement complet. Piscine entretenue réguliÚrement pendant tous le séjour. Plage "Nord" accessible à pied et tous commerces à proximité. Nombreuses pistes cyclables. Lac accessible au Moutchi en 15minutes à vélo.

Piscine trĂšs apprĂ©ciable par les grandes chaleurs. Machine Ă  cafĂ© qui fuit, pas top vu le prix de la location, Les frigos ont tendance Ă  givrer. En dehors de la suite parentale, les trois autres chambres partagent la mĂȘme salle de bain et WC. Pas optimal, mais maison agrĂ©able

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Yves. La maison est propre, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bien ventilĂ©e et bien disposĂ©e. Bonne literie. La grande piscine chauffĂ©e est un plus indĂ©niable plĂ©biscitĂ© par toute la famille ! A vĂ©lo, tout est Ă  5 minutes. Le seul bĂ©mol, dĂ» au fait que la maison est proche du centre, est la proximitĂ© de la rue, que l'on ne voit pas, mais qu'on entend un peu de la piscine et de la terrasse. Cela ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ© outre mesure, en regard des avantages de l'emplacement et du confort gĂ©nĂ©ral. D'autre part, Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la maison et dans le reste de la propriĂ©tĂ©, le calme est parfait, mĂȘme fenĂȘtres ouvertes. Bref, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
