Schrecklich bis lebensgefährlich !

- Fotos stimmen nicht mit Realität überein!!! - Das gesamte Haus ist abgewohnt und schmutzig. - Im Haus riecht es nach Moder. - Küche/Kühlschrank/Geschirr/Töpfe/Pfannen etc. - alles verdreckt und schmutzig. - Ungeziefer in der Küche - Wohnzimmermöbel dreckig und mit Tierhaaren verschmutzt und teilweise zerrissen. - Spülmaschine war defekt bei Einzug (wurde dann nach zwei Tagen von der Besitzerin erneuert) - Lage des Hauses total unattraktiv, Gelände wirkt wie eine Geisterstadt, teilweise mit Bauruinen. - Autobahn ist zu hören ! - Jeden Tag ab morgens Gartenarbeiten, Laubbläser etc. etc. - Das Haus bzw. das Gelände liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen Porto ! - Gartenbewässerung sprang nachts an und hat den gesamten Terrassenbereich mit Sprühregen geflutet inkl. der Polster für Stühle (wurde uns beim Einzug nicht gesagt !!!) Das Schlimmste jedoch kommt jetzt: Die Hausbesitzerin hat nach ihren eigenen Angaben dieses Jahr eine neue Gastherme in der Küche einbauen lassen. Diese Gastherme ist für die gesamte Heizung sowie das warme Wasser im Haus verantwortlich. Das Abluftrohr dieser Gastherme wurde in erschreckend unverantwortlicher Weise nur mit einem Plastikklebeband mit dem Abluftstutzen verbunden. Am 5 Tag unseres Aufenthalts ist dann gegen 23:00 Uhr dieses Plastikrohr aus der Halterung gebrochen und die Abluft der Gastherme - also KOHLENMONOXID (!!!) konnte ungehindert aus der Gastherme in die Innenräume strömen. Das hier Lebensgefahr bestand, muss ich wohl nicht extra betonen. Zwei Tage später haben wir endlich ein Hotel gefunden und konnten aus dem Haus ausziehen. Dort haben wir dann die restlichen 8 Tage unseres Aufenthalts verbracht. Selbstverständlich haben wir alle Schäden und Mängel fotografiert!

Como responder é um direito que me assiste como proprietária e anfitriã, vou contestar este comentário negativo como sendo exagerado e mesquinho. A minha propriedade sempre foi avaliada com 4/5 estrelas em mais de 50 comentários na HomeAway e Homelidays, e as avaliações falam por si. As fotos correspondem totalmente á realidade, e a casa, COMO SEMPRE, está impecável a todos níveis, para a receber os meus hospedes. Toda a casa e equipamentos estão em bom estado, limpeza e sempre desinfetados a todos os chekouts. A propriedade está incluida num resort com jardins magníficos e outras casas, algumas ainda em construção e nada de ruínas ou de negativo a apontar. É um sitio onde o ambiente é a natureza, e o silencio prevalece. Qualquer problema é resolvido com a máxima rapidez e sempre a pensar no bem-estar dos hospedes. Perante este comentário só posso dizer que não entendo tal insatisfação.

Avons passé 2 semaines formidables avec tout le confort. Tres gande maison parfaite, fonctionnelle, literie impeccable pour un sommeil de qualité. Supers équipements pour les enfants et les adultes (grande et belle piscine, 2 beaux terrains de tennis, un terrain de foot, vélos à disposition ). Nous avons pu découvrir de belles villes à proximité telles que Ponte de Lima, Guimaraes et la merveilleuse Porto. Bref ce fut un super séjour. Un grand merci à Ana notre hôte qui est très gentille, accueillante et toujours disponible.

Fantastic house.

Fantastic house, well located, 20 minutes from Porto. Spectacular pool, quiet, clean and safe. Beautiful condo, care, insurance and good access. Loved the surprise welcome and the bread of the day at the door. Owners friendly and always helpful. I recommend to everyone.
