About this property

You will struggle to find something closer to the beach or more perfect for a beach break with your family. Close to the beach, on Northumberland Avenue, we have stair gates, child lock windows in the bunk room, a permanent cot and high chairs make for a hassle-free family holiday. The large garden will keep adults and children entertained for hours. Our house is perfectly located between Margate Old Town & Botany Bay, giving you unparalleled access to more than four quiet beaches, as well as the lovely bars and restaurants of Margate. Our house is perfect for two families - two en-suites, a compact kitchen and plenty of living space both inside & outside. Bedrooms have all been recently decorated all with brand new mattresses and linen.

Family break by the seaside

Booked this house for 6 family members ranging from 7 - 70 years old plus a lively puppy. The house suited our needs perfectly. Plenty of sitting areas, nice big garden, comfortable bedrooms and just a short walk from the beach. The outside shower was perfect for washing sand off after trips to the beach.

overall the house was lovely and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen with all the condiments you need. Great outside sitting area with lots of blankets for the chilly evenings. We had a great stay, first time in Margate and would go back to the area to explore more.
