Marina Retreat is a newly refurbished four bedroom house overlooking the Royal Harbour in Ramsgate. This house has been refurbished to a very high standard and has lots of added touch to make your stay more welcoming.
There are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms refurbished with Carrera marble, freestanding bath plus a separate shower room with a raindrop shower. Each bedroom has its own style and the master bedroom has the most amazing views over the Royal Harbour and its own bathroom.

The house has two reception rooms including a TV room and lounge both with Sky including sports and movies, the lounge has views out over the Harbour. There is a separate dining room with a marble dining room table and seating for 8 again with views over the harbour.
The kitchen has everything you need and more for your stay and there is a separate utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Out from the kitchen, there is a decked area with seating for you to enjoy the evenings, there is also a table and chairs in the front garden so you can enjoy the views.
You are located just moments away from the Harbour, two minutes from restaurants, bars and the town centre and just a five-minute walk to the beach.
This house is truly beautiful and lots of beautiful features for you and your family to enjoy.

Excellent visit

Really lovely place and location and a great stay. Only slight niggle (and it’s a very slight one!) would be that instructions for boiler, when heating/water is set to come on/go off etc would be helpful; Also advice that tv in very upstairs room is via app only.

Absolutely amazing play to stay

We were so impressed with this house. The views were gorgeous and they had everything we needed for cooking. Location was perfect, right in the centre of Ramsgate, and with Waitrose just around the corner. It was spotless, and check in was seamless. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you.

70th Birthday with family

My sister and I wanted to get the family together to celebrate mum's birthday. There were 8 of us and this property met our needs perfectly. I was concerned before arrival that there may not be enough room for us all to be together in the communal spaces but I needn't have worried. The lounge on the first floor is much larger than the photo on the site suggests. The dining room on the ground floor was perfect for evening meals together and the kitchen was really well equipped (plenty of glasses, crockery, mugs and utensils etc). Plenty of bathrooms for 8 adults with a toilet and shower on the first landing. A further toilet with bath on the second floor, and the master bed on the 3rd floor has its own en suite. The house is in a great location, just a short walk from the harbour. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a waitrose a 5 minute walk from the door. I was a little concerned about parking but after unloading the cars we were able to get a spot on the street behind without any trouble. Really is a great house for entertaining. The only minor negatives would be that a slightly later check-out could not be accommodated due to the cleaners schedule. Checkout rules request you empty the dishwasher and put all the cutlery etc away before leaving which is a bit of a pain as you can't then use the washer for your breakfast dishes on the morning of departure (normally you just turn it on when you leave). We were lucky with a couple of really sunny mornings and made the most of the weather by taking our coffees outside. The outdoor furniture could do with a clean or have been brushed down before we arrived, obviously hadn't been used for some time. The bedrooms were all really comfortable, mum was especially impressed with the quality of the bed linen and the views really are quite special. We would visit again without hesitation and thoroughly recommend the property for adult groups to get together.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful house

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was spacious, very nicely decorated and there were enough bedrooms, bathrooms and communal spaces for all of us to relax and enjoy the place. The location was perfect and the hosts were very responsive. We would love to stay here again next summer!

Prospect Terrace

A beautiful house with lovely views and an interior decor to match its grandeur. It was clean and full of extras like candles, Nespresso coffee machine, big screen TV complete with Skye package and enough spaces to accommodate everyone’s needs. It was great to head out of the front door and walk in either direction for sea views and Sandy beaches. A pleasure to stay to stay for the 3 nights we had. The only issue was a discrepancy between the price listed by Vrbo and the actual owners which was quite different.

Gorgeous!!

Marina Retreat is a gorgeous property! Lots of space and the furnishings are beautiful. Very comfortable beds. The views over the Marina are lovely to wake up to. We were blessed with nice weather and felt like we were abroad! Lots of bars and restaurants along the same strip. The Hosts Dean and Beth were very helpful and prompt at replying. We will DEFINITELY be going back!

Great location, lovely views and big living room for game nights.

Great house, beautifully decorated and with very comfy beds. Top tips, ask for a second key, take a Sleep mask (sunrises at the front of the house) Take your trainers, perfect morning runs! And don’t run out of hot water for showers.

Beautiful house with great views

Wonderful house with great views across the harbour. Central location within walking distance of restaurants and harbour. House is spread over 4 floors - you'll certainly be kept fit making your way to bed on the top floor. Lovely wooden floors and marble bathrooms.
